  • Proudly hosted by Island Rentals of Hilton Head, this spacious two-story villa in Palmetto Dunes is the perfect setting for a relaxing and memorable island getaway. Overlooking beautiful panoramic lagoon views, this villa comfortably sleeps up to ten guests and is ideal for families or small groups looking to enjoy comfort, convenience, and easy access to some of Hilton Head Island’s best amenities. Guests will love being just a short walk from the beach and the neighborhood pool complex, which features a large pool, kiddie pool, and hot tub.

    Inside, the main level offers an inviting open-concept layout designed for gathering, relaxing, and enjoying the scenery. Floor-to-ceiling windows fill the living area with natural light while showcasing peaceful lagoon views throughout the space. The gourmet kitchen opens to the living and dining areas, making it easy to prepare meals, spend time together, and unwind after a day at the beach. Step outside to the screened-in porch with a ceiling fan for shaded lounging, or enjoy the sunshine from the open deck overlooking the lagoon.

    The first floor includes two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, providing comfort and convenience for guests of all ages. One bedroom features a king bed, private ensuite bathroom, and jacuzzi tub, while the second bedroom offers a queen bed. A full bathroom with a walk-in shower and a laundry room are also located on this level. Upstairs, a cozy loft seating area with additional lagoon views leads to two more bedrooms, including a king suite with its own ensuite bathroom and a twin bedroom with a private bathroom featuring a tub/shower combination.

    With four bedrooms and four full bathrooms, this villa offers plenty of space and privacy for everyone in your group. Guests can enjoy miles of scenic bike paths, kayaking through the Palmetto Dunes lagoon system, and dining at the beachfront Dunes House bar and grill. Property was clean and accommodated 8 adults comfortably. Would have liked to have coffee filters for the coffee maker and also would have liked to have known what type of coffee makers were there..We had 4 cars and had to park one at the rental company as we could only get 3 passes. There was plenty of spaces and this was a big inconvience.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was very nice, so spacious and immaculate! The screened in porch was so enjoyable,a nice quiet retreat. The beach was just a short walk across the street and having chairs and toys available to us was an added bonus. We also enjoyed the bikes that were left for us to use, we rode everywhere!! Our favorite restaurant was One Hot Mama's. If you are looking for a great vacation I can not recommend this home enough, 5 stars. We had an issue with the pool and management was on it instantly!! Miss Hilton Head already and can't wait to go back😊

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: WE had a great 5 week stay at this villa. Upon arrival it was immaculately clean. The villa has gorgeous views of the lagoon from all rooms, is beautifully decorated and has large bedrooms with comfortable beds and lots of thoughtful touches throughout. The location was great. A few minor issues were dealt with immediately by the property manager. They were very helpful and responsive. it was so peaceful and relaxing. I would highly recommend this villa!

Check in was easy, to get parking passes you must go to the Islands Rentals of Hilton Head not the parking pass station at Palmetto Dunes. We stayed here with a total of 8 people including 2 young children and it was just amazing. We were not cramped and the common spaces were enough for all of us to enjoy time together. The rooms were beautiful and the bathrooms were nice and clean. We saw all kinds of wild life from the patio and deck. We love the well stocked kitchen with great pots, pans, knives and dinnerware. The walk to the beach was the cherry on top and the hosts provided 4 beach chairs that came in handy. We enjoyed our time and were sad to leave. We hope to come back next year or sooner and stay for a little bit longer.
