Welcome to 506 Windsor Place in beautiful Palmetto Dunes! This two bedroom, two bath villa is located on the 5th floor with beautiful views of the pool and beach.

This villa offers an open floor plan with light hardwood floors in the foyer, dining room and kitchen. It also has great bedroom separation. When you enter into the villa, you are greeted with the dining room that has a round table that seats five. There are two additional seats at the adjacent kitchen counter. The fully equipped kitchen is off to the right and has stainless steel appliances including a flat top stove. Just off the kitchen is the laundry room with full size washer and dryer.

The carpeted living room features a desk and bench seat, a cream colored queen sleeper sofa and matching loveseat, two arm chairs and a large armoire that has a 38" TV and DVD player to enjoy movies! Off the living room is your own private covered balcony with a round table that seats four plus two additional chairs for outdoor dining or relaxing after a day in the sun!

To the left of the foyer you will find the master bedroom with king bed, 32" TV inside a beautiful armoire and a private balcony with a lounge chair and additional chair. The beautifully renovated master bathroom has new tile flooring, his/hers vanities, beautiful walk-in shower and large closet.

On the other side of the villa is the guest bedroom with two twin beds, 32" TV and private access to the main balcony. The guest bathroom features large single vanity and shower/tub combo.

The Windsor Place complex is located oceanfront in the famous Palmetto Dunes Plantation. It has two large oceanfront pools (heated seasonally) and hot tub as well as a large sundeck, poolside restrooms, showers and covered pavilion with gas grilling area. One pool is great for children with a graduated entry and mushroom shaped waterfall (opposite end of pool is 4` 6"). Windsor also has elevator access and a covered parking garage. This complex has privately owned villas located oceanfront with great views of the ocean, pool or lagoon from any floor.
