    • Our hallmark? CLEANLINESS! Yes, we’re shouting it out and so are our guests- just read our reviews.
    • Linens: Ahhhhh, yes! Completely comfortable, all cotton bed and bath linens including extra blankets and clean and comfy sleeping pillows, and clean kitchen linens.
    • Always provided in every BESTNEST in quantity for your stay: beach chairs/umbrellas/sand toys/beach cart, beach towels, a supremely equipped kitchen (in quality and quantity), hand soap, dish soap, kitchen sponges, trash bags, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper, your favorite hair dryer ever, fragrance free laundry soap and dryer sheets, Ziploc bags, coffee filters, cleaning supplies, loads of quality coat and skirt hangers, and a few surprises.

    HOW FAR TO BEACH: Bike or drive to the exclusive Beach Trolley shuttle. Read on:

    BEACH CLUB ACCESS/PARKING Onsite parking AT the Beach Club is permitted for all overnight guests, Labor Day-mid March. From Mid March through end of summer, special Beach Trolleys transport guests from various parking spots within Sea Pines to the Beach Club. Closest Beach Trolley location is at intersection of Greenwood and Willow Oak-- about 3 minutes by car from Carolina Place. DAY AFTER LABOR DAY THROUGH MARCH, EVERYONE MAY PARK AT THE BEACH CLUB.

    PAYMENTS: For reservations made thirty (30) days or less days prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time the reservation is made. For reservations made thirty one (31) days or more prior to arrival, payment of 25% of the total is required, and the full amount of travel insurance premium, if accepted, is required at the time of booking. The balance of the final total is required thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Long term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire.

    CANCELLATIONS: You are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund of your deposit up to 31 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made 14 days to 30 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of total payment. At 13 days prior to arrival, your reservation becomes noncancelable and non-refundable. Travel insurance is always highly recommended.

Amazing!

Neat as a pin - highly recommend!

Came to HH with our young children and couldn't have asked for a nicer place to come back to each evening. Beautiful, comfortable and clean. Pool is a quick walk, kitchen had all we needed, close to a grocery store (Harris Teeter) and easy check-in process. This is a great pick!

A coastal getaway

The house was a perfect fit for our family! Located in a quiet neighborhood with a pool and pickle ball courts. Close the the trolly station with easy access to Sea Pines beach and other favorites such as Harbor Town. The house was perfectly suited with everything we needed for our stay and was exactly as advertised. Extremely clean and comfortable! Beautiful patio overlooking a lovely lagoon. We were greeted with a lovely welcome note and few fun snacks. I highly recommend this property and hope to stay again someday!

So many things that you don't have to buy or bring - beach towels, paper products, etc. It is more than convenient. The kitchen is a functioning kitchen!!! All the nice supplies that you have at home are in this kitchen. Tell me, who has Cutco knives in a rental!!! I just can't say enough good things. Sure, prices are going up with inflation, but I'm worth it!!

Zoe’s Fall break

The wife and I decided to travel to Hilton Head for our daughter’s fall break this year. It had been a while since we both had been there and we were looking forward to relaxing and taking it easy for a few days. Comfortable, homelike accommodations is what we were looking for in a rental. Secluded but yet close enough for all the things you typically do on vacation; eat, shop, play games, eat, rest, sight see, walk, and eat. We decided on Sea Pines and 50 Shell Ring and we were not disappointed. The home was immaculate and about 1 mile from the beach too. Checking in and out was easy and convenient. We liked it so much we extended our stay by one day and that was a simple process as well. Daughter was kind of bummed out because we didn’t see an alligator on our visit but there is always next time! We will stay here again!

Great house, very clean and very well stocked, labeled etc. The house was organized very well and was a wide-open spacious plan. The only complaint we have is that it’s a bit of a far ride to the beach on your bikes. Beside that everything was perfect

Nice house! Great location!

Smooth and easy check in/check out process. Great location. Comfortable floor plan, furnishings and beds. For those that cook, one small suggestion would be to include a couple of straight edge knives for slicing & dicing. Overall though the kitchen is well equipped and very neatly organized. We had a great stay and recommend this property.
