Comfortably accommodating a family or group of 4, this guest-friendly villa has a primary en suite with king bed and guest en suite with 2 twin beds. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing everything from a picnic basket to enjoy at the beach to a delectable meal enjoyed in your dining area or outside on the enclosed patio with views of the wooded area. Parking Note: There is one designated parking space right in front of the villa's front door (5 is painted on the pavement in the space) - And several first come, first served guest parking spaces. There is a 2-vehicle limit at Hilton Head Beach Club. 2 parking passes will be inside your villa upon arrival and must be displayed on your dashboard of your car at all times. Please leave the parking passes in the villa upon departure. The regime will charge $25 for any pass that is not returned inside the villa.

Annual 4th Family Vacation

Property is exactly as described. The unit was nicely decorated and stocked well. We enjoyed having a grill on the patio. We spent most of our time on the beach so we did not use the pool but it was conveniently located. We enjoyed our stay!

Excellent

This was our first trip to Hilton Head and I think we picked the absolute perfect place to stay . The property was VERY clean and appointed with EVERYTHING we could need - in fact we brought far too much stuff with us. The walking distance to the beach is 5 to 10 minutes (maybe a little longer if you have to deal with strollers etc.) but for us 2 adults a 16 and 8 year old the walk really was exactly between 5 to 10 minutes. The pool was clean and not very busy so great for the kids to give the adults a little peace at times. In the evenings it was easy to walk (or bike) to the Coligny center with lots of restaurants and gift shops etc. We rented bikes through Pelican - no hassle delivery and pickup and bike were in perfect condition. In writing this I'm trying to think of something I didn't like, I can't - really zero issues. We were contacted by the host to tell us the location was ready a little early and the couple of other times I contacted them (to say we had arrived and to say we have left) their replies were pretty much instant - so I can safely say if we had had an issue then the response would have been good. OK - I thought of something (and maybe it's something I missed) but the listing for the property didn't seem to include everything that was included for the beach (not sure if that was on purpose) - there was a cooler, cart, beach chairs, umbrellas, bucket and spade - everything (towels were mentioned in the listing). So it's a positive negative :-) Bottom line - I would have ZERO hesitation in recommending this to anyone knowing they would have an excellent time at this location. Thank you to the host for an excellent vacation!

Great experience

Our family came down for a vacation. Place was clean. Very easy to rent. Everything was clean. Condo looks like the pictures. Location was good. Close to beach, Coligny and the Lowcountry Celebration Park which is great for kids.
