HILTON HEAD. This charming home is located on the beautiful 11 mile lagoon with incredible views of the Robert Trent Jones golf course.

Upon entry of this ranch style home is a living area with a sofa, love seat, large flat screen TV, DVD player, and sliders to the pool area. There is a game table for four, sleeper sofa and a desk off of the living area. The dining room has a large wooden table that seats 6 and a decorative fireplace. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find great lagoon and golf views and sliders to the pool area.

The first bedroom is located off of the dining room and has a king bed, TV, and shares a Jack and Jill bathroom with the second bedroom that also has a king bed and a TV. There is an additional bathroom in the hallway with a shower and vanity. The third bedroom is located off of the foyer and has a king bed with a TV and uses a second hallway bathroom. There is a room with a queen bed and a large flat screen TV that also uses this hallway bathroom. The master bedroom has a king bed, TV, great lagoon views and a private bathroom with a shower, jetted tub and double vanity.

The patio area has a large table that seats 8, 4 lounge chairs, love seat and 2 side chairs. The pool overlooks the lagoon and the golf course which makes the perfect setting for relaxation.

*Free shuttle service through Palmetto Dunes Buggy available April through September.

This place was perfect. We take an annual family vacation with kids and grandkids. All who came haven’t stopped talking about this being our best vacation yet! Thanks for sharing this wonderful home with us.

Great location for a relaxing week with family.

We loved this house! Big covered porch with a pool overlooking a lagoon and a golf hole was the best feature, and we spent a lot of time out there. We also loved the big, well-equipped kitchen, and the ample living and dining space. Lots of options for eating out or eating in. We spent a lot of time swimming with our granddaughter, and enjoying the anhinga, great blues, osprey, jumping fish, and the occasional gator swimming by. Walk to the beach was shorter than it looked, though we liked to the pool so much we only went to the beach a few times. Bedrooms were all comfortable. Everything was well maintained, with a few minor and reasonable exceptions.

2 Full Sweep, nice place and a beautiful setting.

Beautiful setting. House was roomy and comfortable. Kitchen was a good size ,laid out well and the appliances functionality was great. Disappointed that only one of the TVs, the great room, worked. Some of the furnishings on the patio were in poor condition. Fees over and above the rental were excessive.

Beautiful View

Beautiful property. 5 minute walk to the beach. Minutes from food store, resturants and shops....cross over highway from Palmetto Dunes entrance. Dont need to drive on busy highway. Would rent house again.
