Nestled in the heart of Sea Pines Resort, this charming 2-bedroom, 2-bath villa at Plantation Club offers a prime location midway between Harbour Town and the Sea Pines Beach Club, two of Hilton Head’s most beloved attractions. With one king bed and two full-size beds, the villa provides comfortable accommodations for families, friends, or small groups seeking a relaxing island getaway.

Step onto the beautiful balcony and enjoy serene views of hole 9 on the Atlantic Dunes golf course. Inside, the modern kitchen features granite countertops, new cabinets, and a well-stocked supply of utensils and cookware, while tiled floors make cleanup effortless. The entryway and dining areas showcase composite hardwood flooring, adding a touch of elegance, and plush carpeting in the living room and bedrooms ensures warmth and comfort. The living room is equipped with a large flat-screen TV, and each bedroom also includes its own flat-screen TV, providing entertainment for every guest.

For outdoor exploration, the villa includes two complimentary adult bicycles from South Beach Bike Rentals, perfect for enjoying Sea Pines’ scenic trails. A car pass is also included for convenient access throughout the resort. Plantation Club offers a welcoming community atmosphere with two pools open from April through October, ideal for relaxation and recreation.

Very nice property

Bathroom in king room is very small. Some of the Drawers in kitchen were very difficult to open and close. Dishwasher door was hard to keep closed. The unit was ok but dated. Either the water heater or air conditioner located near the washer and dry was extremely loud. . The location was great and the unit was clean.

Building noise from air conditioning units

Loud noise from central air conditioning units ( located by the stairwell ) was extremely loud I felt like was at a jet engine testing facility. Keep us awake a night. I am surprised this unit was listed for rent We have stayed in Hilton Head well 25 times in the past 30 years and never had an unpleasant experience until this past visit

Great location, nice rental

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at this unit. It had a nice view off the back and great access to walk onto the course. Our bike ride to the beach took only 5 minutes and was very easy. We loved how central this was to everything in Sea Pines. A few things to mention: *The parking pass they give for Sea Pines does not allow parking at the beach location lots. There was no mention of this in the rental info, so this was a frustrating discovery when we showed up at the Beach Club ready for a day at the beach. We were able to adjust and pare down our beach gear so that we could bike back and forth. If someone has little kids, this could be an inconvenience. We did discover that there is a shuttle pickup at the condo parking lot. *The unit does smell musty as previously mentioned. Though it was very clean, this was a bit off putting. I would suggest investing in a dehumidifying system for the unit. The master bathroom could also use updating: it's a very tight space and the shower doors don't close all the way Overall, we would rent her again!

Beautiful and spacious condo

This condo is lovely with everything you need to have a wonderful vacation! It is decorated so beautifully. The beds were comfortable and the place was spotless. There’s so much room for a big family such as ours. Three teenagers and two adults. I’d recommend this listing to anyone looking for a place to stay on Hilton Head Island!

Great for the price

Great location in Sea Pines; two free bikes. Not updated, but still overall works for a family vacation with kids. Had issues with the cleaning company not cleaning thoroughly, and the property managers were incredible to solve the problem asap, and offer compensation.

473 Lighthouse Rd

Guest bathroom had very loose faucet, water valve, and shower head. TV remote batteries were dead. TV had closed caption on and could not turn off, very annoying. Nice location, but unit not in the best condition.

Wonderful place to stay

This place was perfect for our 10-day vacation at Hilton Head. We had a beautiful view of the Atlantic Dunes golf course and loved the bike trails throughout Sea Pines. The space was perfect and allowed us to make a few meals and even do some laundry. Would highly recommend.

Weekend getaway!

We had a great visit staying at this property! Short walk to the beach was one of our favorite parts of this property! Beautiful golf course views as well! It was also much more spacious than the pictures do justice. It was perfect for our family! We would definitely stay here again!

Stay Elsewhere until Properly Maintained

Great location and have stayed in Plantation Club numerous times. In 20 years of staying at HHI, this unit was most notably the worst unit in both cleanliness and maintenance, despite the pictures and how the unit is portrayed. The issues on the unit consisted of the following: people’s clothing left in drawers from prior stay, dishwasher full and not cleaned or emptied, hairs around toilets and shower, clogged drain in master bath sink, loose faucets in second bathroom, dusty on all surfaces above 4 ft, mold all over sealing in the master bedroom, musty smelling unit and missing pillow in guest room. I called the first night regarding the property; which the office was quick to respond and offer to send a cleaning crew out the next day; however we had already re-cleaned the unit. I have reached out to the property management several times immediately following our stay, but can't get a response. I would look elsewhere until the problems can be addressed.

Nice Condo - Horrible Beds!

Everything about this condo is real nice. Location is great, views are great, updates are great. The beds...are shot. They are worn out! All three need to be replaced! I would come back to this property if the beds are replaced. Otherwise, I would have to pass on this property for our next visit. Because of the beds I can only give it 3 stars. Everything else is 5 stars.

Birthday beach trip

Had a great stay. Great location in Sea Pines. Close to beach and fun walks to Harbor Town. Condo had everything that we needed and more. The beach cart was awesome. We were there during the Heritage classic golf tournament. Super cool! We didn’t attend but you could catch a glimpse of golfers teeing off and the crowds were fun. Also, it was a smaller crowd because of covid, so it didn’t affect too much on the plantation. I imagine it’s different next year. Would recommend this condo, we had a great experience!

Convenient location

This property was great for three of us adults who came to Hilton head on a golfing trip. It was a convenient location close enough to walk to the beach or to the Harbour Lighthouse. Having two bedrooms with en suites made it perfect. Since this unit was located on the third floor we were happy to see that there was an elevator in the building.

It was a great location

Great location being a short walk away from the beach and Sea Pines restaurant. View of the course was great, and the condo was more than big enough for our extended weekend. Had a slight issue with the check in process, as the parking passes were not available when I checked, but the property management company resolved immediately the next day and refunded the daily pass I purchased. Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at the condo. The beach chairs and bikes were a great bonus! Quick ride to the beach. Beautiful and clean condo. Great updates! We will definitely stay again!

Great condo! Close to beach!

The condo was close to the beach club (short bike ride or walk) and had a pretty view of the golf course. The place was as described and we enjoyed our stay there. The one drawback was the lack of soap or cleaning supplies in kitchen, especially in light of Covid-19. We brought our own, but having access to something upon arrival would've been helpful. All in all we enjoyed it very much and would recommend it.
