Summary:

Welcome to 430 Plantation Club Villas in Sea Pines! This ground-floor 2BR, 2BA villa features a full kitchen, spacious living area, and a private patio with golf course views and a grill. The master offers a king bed and ensuite, while the guest room includes a queen and twin. Enjoy resort amenities, a community pool, and a 5-minute walk to the Sea Pines Beach Club. Beach gear, Wi-Fi, and a washer/dryer are included for a comfortable island stay.



The Space:

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath ground floor villa in Plantation Club is beautifully decorated. The home was decorated to live in and has wonderful touches such as bead board in the living room and dining area, crown molding throughout and gorgeous tile floors. The living room has a 52 inch flat screen TV, and a gorgeous golf course view. View the sunrise from the patio off the living room and watch the golfers and bikers head out for the day. The patio has a grill that is not available on villas above the ground level.



The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need with sleek granite counter tops and more lovely touches. The kitchen has a pass through into the dining area with a table that seats 6. The master bedroom hosts a king size bed with a beach theme spread in blues and greens and has a flat screen TV. The master bathroom has a private toilet room and tub/shower room. The second bedroom has a Queen and Twin Bed in a colorful decor. There is a flat screen TV and a full bath for use.



In the main entrance way closet, there are 4 beach Chairs and umbrella for guest to use. This section of Plantation Club Villas is just a 5-minute walk to the gorgeous and newly constructed Sea Pines Beach Club. The club hosts a restaurant and bar and outdoor seating overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. You must see it to believe it. The complex has a secure pool just for guests of Plantation Club with plenty of seating and equal parts sun and shade. Just outside this villa is a bike rack and plenty of parking. You are also about 100 yards from a Sea Pines Trolley stop that will take you to Harbor Town and other Sea Pines attractions. The villa is a step above most other villas in Plantation Club and you are sure to have a wonderful vacation at 430 Plantation Club Villas.



Please be advised that e-bikes are not allowed in the community.



Gym is not available on the property.

For the most part it was pretty clean except the floors were dirty. Feet got pretty dirty going barefoot. So they could do a better job with that. Otherwise it was good. Ran out of propane but they replaced it the next day. Pool was nice. Proximity to the beach was also nice. Need to leave more than 2 little rows of toilet paper, we had to go out and buy some, but not a big deal. The air conditioning was a little off. It was either cold or got too warm before it came back on again. Not drastic but a little issue. Right now I am waiting to hear back as I have reached out to let them know we left items in a dresser in the master bedroom. Hoping to be able to get them back as some were new purchases.

Unit is in a great location. Close to beach and plantation gilf clubhouse but the unit itself needs attention. Toilets don’t flush well and backed up twice. Had issues with bugs all over the window sills and a wasp that came

Clean and nice location

The villa was exactly as described. We really enjoyed it and were very comfortable. It was really nice they had some chairs in the closet to use on the beach! We had a blast using the pool as well. It wasn’t too far from the beach, I walked and my kids rode their bikes there. I would definitely stay here again. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because I do feel the bath tub/shower could use updated to go with the rest of the house. Also the lock is a little confusing at first and could use better directions as to how to get into the villa.

Check in process had some snags but once we arrived and got settled it was a great stay. Well appointed kitchen and comfortable beds. Great location. Beach supplies, books, games and DVDS were a really nice touch.
