  • 37 Bradley Circle, Hilton Head Island, is a four bedroom, three bathroom home nestled in a quiet beach area of Burkes Beach. Step inside to the main level, where you'll find a cozy living room, large TV and access to the upper dining deck. The fully-equipped kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, sets the stage for memorable culinary experiences. Recently updated with the vacationer in mind, this home offers ample space for everyone to relax and unwind. Outside, two decks overlook the sprawling backyard and oversized pool, providing the perfect setting for outdoor gatherings and relaxation. The private pool and expansive backyard make this property a vacationer's dream, offering a rare find in the area of rentals.

    FREE activities included with our signature Southern Hospitality Pass! Your pass includes one free round of golf daily at partner courses like the Heritage Collection and the Brown Group. Note: This is per day, not per person. You also receive one free round of miniature golf each day at Adventure Cove and one complimentary bike from Island Cruisers to start your stay.

    Pool*: 31'x15' *The pool can be heated up to 88 degrees for an additional $1000/week and $500/week for the spa, however the pool heat is not available from Memorial Day- Labor Day. Last minute requests are not guaranteed and subject to a fee. We cannot guarantee pool heat maintains when the air temperature is below 60℉. This fee is not included in VRBO total and will be added once your reservation has been made.

Very nice property. A short direct (about 200 yards) to the beach. Big yard and very quiet. We spent a lot of time at the pool and under the porch next to the pool. We had two minor maintenance issues and the Property Manager responded promptly. Good location. Only about 2 miles to grocery stores and, more importantly, a good ice cream shoppe!

Unfortunately cut short due to storm

The house and location are amazing! Love the 2 floors with double kitchens. The pool and outdoor spaces are great for relaxing after a day at the beach. The beach is short 5 minute walk down the boardwalk. We had a glorious 36 hours here before having to leave due to the storm. The commmunication with the property manger was excellent! We were given frequent updated about the forecast, island conditions, and expectations. We hope that we can come back next year and stay longer.

Great place close to beach with pool

The place was great. The walk to the beach was 5ish minutes so not too bad. The pool was great for the 4 small kids and 6 adults. The house was clean enough. A few small things here and there but nothing unexpected for a rental from my experience. This was our first extended stay at Hilton Head. Everything was within reasonable driving distance. We spent most days at beach and pool. Made dinner a few nights on the grill. Went out to dinner the rest of the nights. Nice to have two fridges and kitchen spaces for the 10 of us. Things to note about Hilton head in summer is that pool was quite warm. Too warm for me until it rained a bunch then it cooled off to a nice temperature. Same with the ocean.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was good, the pool and hot tub were awesome. Outside seating was great for our group of 11. The beds were terrible. Our mattress was so soft my husband thought we had a water bed. My back is still recovering. And honestly there was not enough indoor seating for our group of 11, but the only time it was a problem was in the evening when everyone wanted to sit down to relax and take in a movie. We really did enjoy the property and especially the pool. We also like the fact that there were only 2 floors to the house.

This is the second time we stayed at 37 Bradley Circle and it did not disappoint. Upon arrival the house was clean & fresh, the pool area & backyard were immaculate with new furniture and a huge backyard for our two grandsons to play in. No need to have the pool heated as the weather was warm. The entrance to the beach is just across the street with a wooden walkway that gets you there in 3 minutes. We had four adults and our two Grandchildren upstairs and it was perfect for our needs. Loads of dishes, cookware & utensils. Downstairs is another bedroom, shower and full kitchen, along with laundry room and entrance to the pool. It's not the biggest house on the street but definitely has the best pool and yard. Vacation Homes of HH is great to work with, fast responses, and easy to reach. The Explorie deals for golf are great. We will be back soon. Thank. You!

Nice House with a Huge Pool

The house was very clean and nice. The pool is huge, one of the biggest we have had in a summer rental. I think the hot tub should have been included in the overall price instead of adding it with additional fees. Maintenance had to come in to fix things which was a little inconvenient. They also said maintenance was coming a second time, but they never showed up. Like others have said they should increase seating in the main areas, 12 people cannot sit together in the room unless people sit on the floor. Walk to the beach was short. Beach was crowded but nice. Overall a nice house.

Our favorite Hilton Head vacation home

This was our first time renting this vacation house. The house was nice and plenty of space for our family. The pool was amazing and we enjoyed it all week! The yard was huge and our kids loved being able to play in it. It was a quick and easy walk to the beach. The hang out area under the porch was perfect for the hot afternoons for the family members that wanted a break from the heat and enjoyed watching the outdoor tv. We enjoyed the front porch as well for our morning coffee. We hope to rent this house again on our next trip. There was construction going on at one of the houses on the other side of the road. They start working on it early so that was not ideal for sleeping in on our vacation because it was loud, but we didn't let it ruin our trip. If you are going to be staying here within the next few weeks I would assume they will still be working on it. I would take a sound machine or something to help cover up the noise. We still enjoyed our week down there!

Great place to vacation!!

This was a great property. The house was wonderful. We had 9 people in our party (Ages 16 and up) and had plenty of room. We primarily cooked dinners at home throughout the week and the house had everything we needed to do that. You do need to bring paper towels, garbage bags and dishwasher detergent. The rooms were solid and bathroom space was not an issue. We did do laundry and you will need to bring laundry detergent. It was nice to be able to get some clothes clean during the week. There was a lot of space in the back of the house as the backyard was huge. Having kitchens on both floors was helpful as we primarily had drinks and snacks on the bottom. It made it easy to get stuff while in the pool. The real gem of the property was the pool. It was so amazing to walk out the back door and go right into a large in-ground pool!! We used the fire pit and the hot tub as well. All great! The property is so close to the beach with easy access. It also is an easy walk to Sea Salts Bar and Cafe which is just off the beach and was a lot of fun with good drinks and live music. There are grocery stores and a Walmart within 2-3 miles of the property if you needed anything. It was a great 4th of July vacation and would go back to this property again without hesitation.

Would recommend adding more seating such as another couch for the upper level family area.

Fantastic time at a fantastic house!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is perfect! We had 14 family members stay here for a week and in July and we had a wonderful time! It’s a very convenient close walk to a private beach that was never ridiculously overcrowded. It’s also close enough to come back for lunch. The pool, hot tub and fire pit enabled family members a lot of options for fun and entertainment too. There were also two kitchens so anyone outside didn’t have to walk all thru the house to grab a snack or drink. The rooms all had smart tvs so there was no fighting over what to watch or when to game vs watching a movie. Plus the addition of free golf and other activities daily was a huge bonus! The only issue we had was the heat in the hot tub didn’t work for 3 days. But that was eventyally fixed after the weekend. We will definitely be back-if you’re thinking about renting this house go for it! You won’t be sorry!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is in a great location with a quick 5 minute walk to the beach. The yard and pool are big! We had a group of 8 and the bedrooms were fine...the bunk beds are tight for older kids/teenagers but would be ideal for younger children. The upstairs family room does not have enough seating for the amount of beds the house has. The biggest issue we had was that we were unable to turn the pool lights on and they didn’t figure out the issue for the first 4 nights we were there which was disappointing. There aren’t plentiful bike trails like there are in Sea Pines but the pool and proximity to the beach are outstanding! (Note that the pool is in the direct sun so during summer months it is very warm!)

A clean home close to the beach with adequate space for all of us. the fenced in yard with the pool was fantastic for play time and for our little swimmers. Two kitchens was very helpful for preparing meals. AC worked fine, beds were comfortable and seating was generous on the decks.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Vacation rental was in a great location short walk to the beach great outdoor space and very clean inside. My only complaint is that this house sleeps 14 people but doesn't have nearly enough couch/chair seating for that many people. This house would be almost perfect if it had better seating area.

Perfect property for multiple families and wonderful location

This house couldn't have been more perfect for the three families that stayed here. Good bedrooms, clean and modern bathrooms, open kitchen with plenty of space, and relaxing deck spaces for hanging out. The pool area was a huge hit with the kids AND adults! It felt very luxurious. The weather was very hot while we were there and the pool temp could have been a bit cooler, but it wasn't a huge deal. Very fun! The location was also great. Very quiet and peaceful with easy access to one of the best beaches I've ever visited. Lots of neat bike paths and amenities within a short walk. I would definitely bring my family back here someday!
