Harbor Town Home ubicado en la calle 17

Esta hermosa casa de cuatro dormitorios y tres baños se encuentra en la calle 17 del campo de golf Harbour Town en Sea Pines, con vistas al green número 16 y al sonido Calibogue. En la parte delantera de la casa hay un patio privado que conduce a la entrada de la puerta principal. Al cruzar las puertas francesas, notarás la sala de estar náutica justo al final del pasillo. La sala de estar consta del comedor con capacidad para seis personas, mesa de desayuno con capacidad para cuatro personas y sala de estar con chimenea, bar, TV, reproductor de DVD y vistas panorámicas del campo de golf y sonido. Desde la sala de estar, puede ingresar a la cocina mejorada que tiene mucho espacio en el mostrador y almacenamiento. La cocina fue completamente remodelada en 2012 con nuevos gabinetes, encimeras y electrodomésticos. Más allá de la cocina se encuentra el lavadero, que cuenta con lavadora y secadora y acceso al garaje.

Continuando en el primer piso, encontrará el magnífico baño principal. También recientemente renovado, el baño tiene encimeras de granito, lavabos para él y para ella y ducha con banco. El dormitorio principal es el refugio perfecto para relajarse y se acaba de actualizar con una nueva cama king size. Cuenta con vestidor, TV de pantalla plana con VHS y terraza privada. El segundo piso tiene tres habitaciones. El primer dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales, con baño completo y encimeras de granito. El siguiente dormitorio tiene una cama queen, con TV de pantalla plana y vestidor. Conectando esta habitación con el último dormitorio hay un baño compartido con encimeras de granito y un gran lavabo. Por último, pero no menos importante, tenemos el tercer dormitorio. Esta habitación no tiene una, sino dos camas queen, con un hermoso porche privado con vista al campo de golf y sonido.
¡La cubierta posterior de esta casa realmente te brinda la mejor experiencia de Hilton Head! Una pequeña piscina se encuentra en medio de la gran terraza con asientos para toda la familia y la increíble vista de la calle 17 del famoso campo de golf Harbour Town. Mientras disfruta de la piscina y la vista, también puede cocinar en la parrilla de carbón y cenar en la mesa al aire libre con capacidad para seis. Esta casa tiene un toque costero con un toque de elegancia náutica. Realmente es el hogar perfecto lejos de casa.

This was our fifth annual family visit to Sea Pines. This was the first time we rented a house that was managed by Beachside Getaway. Their customer service is top notch! It began with communication before we arrived, and everyone was very attentive throughout our stay.This house is a large, very well decorated 2 story home located on the Harbour Town golf course. The location is ideal. We walked over to the light house/restaurants and shops frequently. We rented bikes and rode everywhere! But, we also thoroughly enjoyed being at the house and swimming in the pool. The deck/patio area is much larger than what you see in photos. There is a gas grill, which is a great touch! The whole house was very well stocked (much better than others we've rented) and it would be easy to stay for much longer than we did on this trip. I would say be careful in choosing who sleeps in each bedroom; the smaller of the 2 bedrooms that share the bathroom on the second floor definitely hears a lot of house/bathroom noises. We had a great stay and we would rent this house again!

Drove / flew down from Niagara, Canada to our favourite place Hilton Head and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay in Sea Pines. 5 adults and an infant. Location was superb, home was clean, kitchen was useful, pool was enjoyable, and walking distance to Harbour Town shops and restaurants for breakfast/lunch/dinner! We enjoyed watching the golfers on hole 16, the sunsets on 18, and the wildlife in the pond behind us! Got up early and walked the golf course in the AM and went there for breakfast one day. Check-in and process coming in and out of Sea Pines was very easy. About 10 minutes to the Sea Pines Beach Club that we enjoyed and we even made use of the community pool with our 1 year old that is just past the HTGC clubhouse. Highly recommend, I can’t wait to come back, just hope our family doesn’t outgrow this beauty too soon!

Windjammer was the perfect location. Convenient to Harbour Towne and Coligny Beach.Comfortable, clean with a great view of the golf course. We enjoyed walking the golf course paths and watching the birds.

Overall a favorable experience. The accommodations were nice and just as described and the house had all we needed (cooked in one night using the grill). The deck needs a little work (some warped boards and elevated nails) but it was wonderful to sit out there with a cocktail and enjoy the weather, view and course. Located close to a number of fine restaurants and Harbor Town within easy walking distance. Would return if group decides to do Hilton Head again. Thank you!

Overall property was as described. Great location easy walk to Harbortown. 1hour from Savannah. House overlooked the golf course! Enough room for the 8 of us! Check in check out extremely easy. The rental group very very responsive. Answered back quickly and timely! Only issue slight musty odor when we first got there but opened doors and windows was fine for rest of stay. Overall would rent again!

An easy walk to Harbortown, the location of the home is ideal for shopping, grabbing ice cream, or morning treats at the bakery. The house itself is dated - do not expect luxury appointments. The carpets are dingy and stained, the decor simple, the appliances are old, but all the beds must have new mattresses because there were no complaints about comfort! The pool is small - fine for a quick cool off but not much more. The deck furniture is plastic and not comfortable. We enjoyed watching golfers approaching the 16th green and walking on the cart path in the evening to the sound. The management team was responsive and helpful with our requests. Overall a fine place for a week’s stay on beautiful Hilton Head Island!

Often traveling with older teens become a struggle of balancing activities, however, with amenities/activities available at or near house everyone enjoyed this getaway. We enjoyed pool, sat and watch the afternoon storms under the covered deck, loved watching birds and alligator in lagoon behind house. Husband and I really enjoyed morning coffee on deck and grilling with cocktails in the evening.

The property was very nice with a good open concept. A little older than it looks on the photos and could do with a little maintainence. The property was generally clean but the floors definitely need a deep clean (our feet were getting dirty from walking just inside!). Only thing to note is the smaller double bedroom is very basic, with little privacy and the air conditioning unit is next door - this and with a particular vent in the room makes it quite noisy in there. Other 3 rooms are perfect though. Excellent view from the deck. You can just see the sound and a great view of the golf course. Easy few minutes walk to Harbor Town either through the golf course by the sound or a quicker back road. Could do with a crib. Easy parking for 3 cars.

This property is everything that is shown and more. The location is perfect. It is within easy walking and biking distance to Harbour Town. The view of the golf course and lagoon are beautiful. We enjoyed seeing an alligator, turtle, and many beautiful birds. The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen had everything a family would need. We have been to Hilton Head several times and this house was by far our favorite. The renting process and rental managing company were top notch. We would definitely consider going back to this house again.

This place was great for our family. It was clean, spacious and in a great location. Communication with the owners was easy and the responses were very quick. We had a small issue with the ice maker and after leaving them a message late at night they were there to fix it early the next morning. I definitely recommend this property!

This property sits on the 16th hole, so you can see people making their final puts while enjoying the view of the sounds in the background and lagoon next to the pool. We enjoyed walking in the evening to see the sunset! Great location for people who love golf!

This home has a spectacular view of Harbortown’s Golf Course. Living area is great for enjoying laughs with a large family. Pool is on the smaller side but that didn’t make a difference to our 9 year olds swimming in it! Kitchen is nice and open - cutlery could definitely use a refresh though. The home was nice and clean when we arrived thanks to extra cleaning due to Covid-19. Carpets, however, are due for a cleaning and/or replacement. Home is a little dated but worked perfectly for us this week! If the owners are ever interested in selling...we would definitely entertain a purchase. Great location and floor plan. Overall, very happy with our stay!
