Enjoy this beautiful contemporary condo with ocean views! The kitchen was recently renovated, featuring Quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances, and is fully equipped with everything a family chef needs to bring the family together around a home-cooked meal. In the fall of 2025, this villa underwent a minor facelift that included renovations to both bathrooms, updated TVs, living area window treatments, paint, hardware and furnishings.

Villamare, located in Palmetto Dunes, is on one of the most beautiful stretches of the Atlantic Ocean, and it's convenient to all the amenities Hilton Head offers. In addition to its fabulous location, Villamare also offers an on-site fitness center, an indoor heated pool, and two gorgeous oceanfront pools. You can't go wrong with Villamare!

* FULL REPLACEMENT OF THE COURTYARD WALKWAY SYSTEM WITH NEW PAVERS. Inquire with any questions.
• Phase 1 (Spring 2026): Starting Monday, March 2, demolition of the walkways along Building 3 courtyard will begin. During this phase:
• Both grand staircases at Building 3 will be closed.
• Guests will be able to access the area using the Disney-side walkway of Building 3.
• A map showing the alternate route is attached for your convenience.
Beginning the following Monday, March 9, demolition will begin on the courtyard side of Building 1. During this phase:
• The Building 1 grand staircase will be closed.
• Guests will need to use the road-side walkway to access the beach and pool areas.
The project is scheduled for completion by April 1, pending weather conditions or any unforeseen delays. We will continue to provide updates should the timeline change.

This was our first time staying in this condo, but 6th year at Villamare — Wow! What a view! We enjoyed the sunrise every morning and the ocean/pool view! The first floor location right by the stairs was ideal. Property managers were helpful and responsive when we called about the dishwasher not working. Villamare is a gem and we can’t help but return every year. They are constantly updating the property buildings and grounds and we just love this place. You will not regret staying in Palmetto Dunes! Book it!

The condo itself was well maintained and in good shape. The bed in the master bedroom was VERY firm. It took some getting used to, but I slept fine. The room with two queen beds and another full bath was perfect for my kids.The views from the balconies are great. The indoor pool and sauna were broken and not usable as advertised. The outdoor family pool also had a broken heater and was not usable until the very end of the trip. We allowed our children to swim in the adults only (serenity pool) until residents became angry at us. Many residents were very rude and not understanding. I would never have booked a trip to HHI in March if I knew the indoor pool and heated outdoor family pool wasn't working. We did get an alert about the indoor pool/sauna but it was a day before our trip. This left no time to cancel. We were never told the outdoor pool heater was broken. This was very disappointing. I found many of the owners to be rude. You can tell they do not like that some of their neighbors rent out their units for short-term rentals. Again, the condo itself was great...my issue was with amenities on the property. I would stay again, if the pools were fixed so that I could avoid curmudgeons who don't like (well-behaved) kids.

Great Pool and Location, undermanaged Property

We had a good vacation overall. The pools were lovely, the location was lovely, and we picked this location because of the boardwalk to the beach. My husband is handicapped, and the less sand walking the better. The pictures online showed a fully updated condo, and I would say the paint and furnishing are modern. Not a single appliance worked great. Microwave, oven, washer/dryer, even the blender was broken. The bathrooms need updated badly, and felt a little dingey. The beds need replaced as they were terribly hard to sleep on with terrible pillows as well.

Wonderful Place again!

We love Hilton Head and especially Villamare! This was our second time here. The condo was very clean and had such a great view! The management company was very responsive when we had a question and loved all the little touches. We will definitely be back again! - The Callagy’s!

Perfect Location

We absolutely loved staying here. It was clean and you can’t beat the LOCATION!!! It was great to be able to just hop back and forth from the beach and condo throughout the day! We will definitely be staying there again!
