Nice property, great location, very clean and spacious. We had difficulty checking in after hours, but someone responded within 30 minutes and directed us to the lock box with gate passes. Will definitely stay again! My family and I really enjoyed our stay.

The house was very nice, lots of room! Bunk room too small, as was queen bedroom/bath. Beach!!

We had a great time here. All eleven of us enjoyed the pool, playing games in the living room and meal prep in kitchen! Beach was a short walk or bike ride! We rented bikes which everyone enjoyed! Dolphin cruise was disappointing!

Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay here- large open living spaces were great for large groups and the big front porch was a wonderful spot to hang out. The place was clean and updated. The walk to the beach was about 10 minutes, so if you have kids would plan for a cart or wagon to tote your beach gear.The swimming pool was very nice but it was really cold when we went in June- we unfortunately barely used it as a result. Would definitely recommend!

Great location - 10 minuet walk to beach, on road with cul-de-sac that was perfect for young children to ride bikes. Comfortable space for multiple families. It needs a new refrigerator. Overall great stay

Overall, 14 of us had a very enjoyable stay. We enjoyed the pool and it was a short walk to the beach. Home was as advertised. Spacious living/dining area. Kitchen had all of the amenities needed for us to cook. They provided games like scattergories and scrabble that we had a ball playing. Issues we ran into included 1) the pool is surrounded by beautiful trees that offer privacy and a serene setting but also means the pool can get dirty quite quickly. There was a storm our first day there and because a lot of the debris sunk to the bottom of the pool we had to wait for the pool guys to clean it out. A nice pool cover would solve this problem, 2) the refrigerator was too small for the amount of food we needed for all of us, a second fridge even just for drinks would be helpful and 3) we had difficulty finding the lights when grilling after dark. But overall we really enjoyed our stay and would return.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 2nd Floor Bathroom Shower needs tile maintenance. We were made aware of this prior to our stay; however, once inspected it was discovered the maintenance would require more than a couple of hours. The ceiling in the front room needs repair as it appears there was water damage and now possibly mold on the ceiling. The full bed frame was broken when we arrived. The new frame was replaced within 3 days by the rental agency. The pool had a haze about it and once our clothing was turning green we reported it. The rental agency sent for pool maintenance where it was found the filter was dirty and chlorine was needed. We enjoyed that there was plenty of room for 11 guests. The living room was furnished with enough sofa room for all to enjoy game night and conversation. The location was wonderful. Quick bike ride to beach and general store. The pool was a nice size that fit all of us comfortably. The rental agency was awesome to work with. Very customer friendly and responsive.

Beautiful spacious home

Very nice beautiful home and neighborhood! Enjoyed the large pool but not sure it was cleaned before our arrival. Lots of trees around so I am sure that is a factor. Pool was great for all ages! Close to beach. We definitely would like to rent again in future!

Very spacious but sound reverberates throughout the house making it difficult to keep the noise down

Beautiful home and layout was very nice. Would have been nice to use the elevator since we had to make so many trips up the steps and my wife and I are no longer spring chickens!

Had a great week with just a few concerns!

Beautiful home and comfortable with lovely decor, wonderful seating room and plenty of space for everyone. First concern was the step out of the front door. My husband almost took a fall on the first day. I came close to going down later in the week. The fact that the smoke detectors were not working properly were another concern. There was a leak in the upstairs shower which could eventually ruin the floor and down to the ceiling below. The outdoor grill needed a good cleaning when we arrived and has several parts that should be repaired.. The 6th bedroom isn’t a proper bedroom as it does not have any ventilation or window. It became unusable.

Nice home and location - a couple opportunities ….

Nice Home - the location of the home is great, less than 5 min bike ride and 10 min walk to the beach. The kitchen is well-equipped and the living areas are spacious (we had 14 people in our party). The decor is not out of date and the televisions all look to have been updated recently. Opportunities - first we were surprised to have to pay for our Palmetto Dunes parking passes (each). Maybe that is something new - but we have never had to do that before. Even though there are 6 bedrooms, the driveway is tight with 5 cars and you have to jockey cars around. The beds need replaced - there are a couple of good beds - but most are sagging and/or thin. Most nights the living room couches were used (they are comfortable). I know the property owner and the management company are aware and are working on this. I would just check where they are at with the replacement process before committing to the rental agreement

Fun trip!

We really enjoyed our stay here. There were ample utensils and dishes in the house. Some of the beds weren’t very comfortable and could definitely use a mattress/frame upgrade but overall it is a very well kept property with a great proximity to the beach!

Perfect rental for large family

I rented this house for my family during our stay at Hilton Head to attend my sons wedding. The property was beautifully maintained and very clean. Lots of room for members of the extended family that came for a BBQ and swim. Would definitely recommend to stay at this house, Vacation Homes of Hilton Head made everything very easy. Will definitely use them again for future stays.

Spacious home with nice pool. However we arrived and had to clean for an hour bc it was not cleaned well! We contacted the property managers and sent pictures and nothing was done. It was at that time they said the pool needed a new pump and it would be replaced Monday. Come Tuesday I had to call to make sure the pool was swimmable because the pump had not been replaced yet!
