Welcome to our home in Village House, located in the charming seaside village of Port Royal on Hilton Head Island. Whether you're a beach lover, tennis enthusiast, or golfer, our recently updated condo offers a comfortable and convenient stay.

Situated on the first floor, our condo features two balconies. The ocean-side living room balcony is spacious and equipped with a patio table, four chairs, and a chase lounge. It also has a circular staircase leading to the gardens below. The dining room table can be adjusted to accommodate four or six guests. There are two large bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with two queen beds, both with their own full bathrooms.

Adjacent to the Westin Resort, our condo is just a short walk away from the beach and pool. You have two beach options: either take the boardwalk between the Marriott and Westin or walk to Islanders Beach Park, which offers picnic areas, a playground, and facilities to clean off after a day at the beach.

Under new ownership since July 2023, our condo is now owned by a mother-daughter duo who are dedicated to ensuring your comfort during your stay. The living room and bedrooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs and cable channels. Parking is conveniently located on the ground floor, and there are excellent biking and walking paths adjacent to our building.

For your convenience, the building has both an elevator and stairs. The condo includes amenities such as complimentary wireless Internet access and the kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, coffee/tea maker, and all necessary cookware, dishes, and utensils.

We loved our stay! The location was perfect—just a quick walk to the beach and pool. The condo was very clean and quiet, and we appreciated the second room having two doors so we couldn't hear anyone in the kitchen or living area in the morning. The only issue was the room with two beds being a bit bright at night; a blackout curtain would be a nice addition. Overall, a great stay!

First time staying at Village House and it exceeded all expectations. This condo was exceptionally clean, spacious and welcoming. The large balcony with staircase out back made storing beach chairs, coolers, and any other items needed allowing for easy towing to and from the beach. Any questions that popped up the owner was very quick to respond. Looking forward to staying here in the future. Would highly recommend this unit

The place is super clean. Larger than it appears as the 2nd bedroom is in an area of its own. The balcony is huge. It’s actually on the 2nd floor above the garage. End unit. Dual aspect. Listen to the ocean. Walk to the beach. A few beach toys and games too. Very responsive and helpful owner. 11 out of 10

This property was perfect for us. In a quiet neighborhood only a block from the beach and minutes away from golf and restaurants. The owner responded almost immediately to inquiries. The unit was clean and very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I rented the condo for a week two years ago when it was owned by a different party. I'm happy to report that the new owners have made numerous upgrades that have made it even more homey and inviting: new couch, new sink faucets in every bathroom and kitchen, new dishwasher, and new clothes washer/dryer combo. The location is another major reason why we like it...close to the beach (within walking distance) and near several popular eateries. We love staying there after the summer "crunch" because it is not crowded and is very, very quiet. Thanks so much for your hospitality and helping us work through a registration hiccup. The HH airport was only 1.4 miles from Port Royal. My friends sister owns the apartment directly above 103 . I have stayed there before and am familiar with the village house. Christina s place was clean and comfortable.The bed mattresses were very comfortable . Had a slight problem which she corrected immediately. Access to the Beaches were close. We did many of the activities that Hilton Head offers. The pool at the village house was a plus. I would definitely use this lovely listing again if available when I Book. Like to thank the owners for an enjoyable and memorable vacation. ( we left four New Beach towels for future vacationers to use)

First time back to Hilton Head in a few years and we could not have been happier with the rental. Exactly as advertised, clean and very well stocked!!! In fact we could have easily brought less beach stuff. Being able to use pool and hose off beach stuff before going up was a plus. Walk to beach is pretty much as advertised and 5-7 minutes. I was a little concerned when unit changed hands but new owners were very accessible and quickly answered any questions we had. Overall excellent rental I would not hesitate renting again!!!

This was our first trip to Hilton Head and we had a great time. We have stayed in houses in FL the last couple of years, but even though this is a condo, it was spacious and we had plenty of room for my husband, myself and our two teenage children. This condo has a bike path right outside the door and we ordered bikes a few days before we got there and they were delivered and waiting when we arrived. The walk to the beach is around 5-7 minutes and was on a path. The condo was described as listed and communication with the owner was excellent. We had everything we needed (except for potholders) to make our stay very comfortable and positive. We would definitely stay here again the next time we visit HHI.
