1507 Villamare is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom luxurious oceanfront villa. You will definitely feel like you are on a beach vacation with all the coastal decorations and gorgeous ocean views. For the avid tennis and pickle-ball players, you can also enjoy 2 hours of free court time per day!

Beautiful hardwood floors go throughout the villa. In the fully stocked kitchen there are white and black granite countertops and stainless steel appliances including a flat top stove. The adjacent dining room has a round table with four rattan chairs. In the living room is a blue sofa, two accent chairs and a 60” mounted Samsung smart TV. Through the sliding doors is a covered balcony where you have a high top round table that seats four. You will love listening to the sounds of the ocean while relaxing with a beverage!

Off the living room is the master suite that has a king bed and mounted 50” Samsung TV. This room has gorgeous ocean views and access to the covered balcony. Behind the sliding barn door is the private bathroom that has a double vanity with granite top, and walk-in shower. Back by the front door, to the right, is the guest bedroom with two queen beds and a mounted 50” Samsung TV. This room also has beautiful ocean views and access to a private covered balcony with two Adirondack chairs. The private bathroom has a double vanity with granite top and walk-in shower.

Complex amenities include the newly renovated family-friendly pool, sundeck and hot tub area. This project also included the addition of a brand new, adult-only, oceanfront, serenity pool with its own hot tub and sunning deck. Fresh landscaping and pavers have been installed through out these areas, including the gas grilling station and the seasonal fire pit.

Palmetto Dunes is one of the premiere areas of Hilton Head Island and has three miles of beach, three signature golf courses, world-renowned tennis, and an 11-mile lagoon system where guests can kayak, canoe and fish. There are miles of leisure paths that weave throughout the resort that are great for walking, jogging and biking. Plus Shelter Cove Marina on Broad Creek is close by where you will find live entertainment, restaurants and shops.
