A beautiful first floor remodel recently completed. The first floor was opened up with walls removed creating an open light filled space. New cabinets, granite counters and flooring. Freshly painted with smooth ceilings (no popcorn, keyless entry).

Ceiling fans added to bedrooms 2020. Master bath remodel completed in 2021. All new deck furniture.

Beach locker is available for your use with beach chairs and sand toys. Store everything right at the beach. Such a short walk too.

The villa is situated among the beautiful pines, moss draped oaks, and tropical palms of Shipyard Plantation. The unit is a two story, two-bedroom, non-smoking, Greens Villa located on the 6th green of the Shipyard Galleon Golf course AND a short 7 minute walk to HHI’s pristine 12 mile beach.

2018 upgrades include and all new HVAC system, new 5 burner gas grille, new clothes dryer with new paint and flooring in the laundry closet.

All furniture and bedding are rigorously maintained with a deep steam cleaning 2X/year. Bathrooms and powder room were also recently renovated.
Beach chairs, beach buggy and other beach sundries are available.
Our location is one of the best in The Greens. We are closest to the beach without being on Shipyard Drive and located directly across from the famed Van Der Meer Shipyard Tennis Center and Sonesta Resort.

We have an outstanding golf course view of the 6th green of Shipyard’s Galleon course from our newly equipped deck with new gas grill, deck table and chairs.

Other highlights are a recently renovated private gated pool for the exclusive enjoyment of the Greens' guests.

The villa will accommodate up the 7 guests with a new queen sleeper located in the living room, king bed in the master and double & single beds in the 2nd bedroom. The master bedroom additionally includes a walk-in closet and private bath with walk-in shower. The second bedroom has access to a separate hall bath with a tub/shower combination. There is a powder room located on the main level. A full-size washer and dryer are also conveniently located on the second floor.

The villa comes equipped with a new 52” flat screen with HD TV in the living room and a new 32” flat screen in the master bedroom. DVD player provided.

Bathrooms and living room have also been recently remodeled with granite vanities in the bathroom and wood laminate flooring in the living room. In addition we re-purposed the small breakfast room in the front to a more practical mud/sand room. In our own past vacations we found that we utilized this room for our towels, beach paraphernalia and sandals/shoes rather than as a dining area. The main dining area remains attached to the living room.

Beach Getaway

The property was in a wonderful location only a short bike ride away from the beach. The property was very clean and allowed us to relax and enjoy our vacation. The owner was responsive to any questions and made the process very easy. The beach locker made life much easier so that we did not have to constantly transport everything from the condo to the beach.

Return Guests! We Love It Here!

My family loves this property! It's the second time we've stayed here. It's always clean and has the amenities we need. We enjoy the close proximity to the beach and the pool, and having access to the beach locker is very convenient! The host is has good communication, is very courteous, and responds quickly when needed. During this trip, my family enjoyed meals at Stu's Surfside Subs, The Sandbar, The Bank, and Red Fish. We also got a weekly pass from the nearby Breakthrough Fitness Center, which was a nice way to catch a break from the sun and for my teenagers to get some energy out. We highly recommend this property! We look forward to staying here again in the future! Thanks to the host for making us feel welcome!

Great time!

We enjoy this neighborhood because it’s walkable to the beach. This property did not disappoint. Everything in great shape and Maureen was an awesome communicator. We traveled from out west and it’s a long flying day. Check in was very smooth. Highly recommend!

Great Location!

This was my family's first trip to Hilton Head Island. We usually go to the 30A area, but after friends recommended HHI, we decided to give it a try. We were not disappointed. There's a lot more wildlife compared to the gulf! Within an hour of arriving at our rental property, we saw two alligators, a few turtles, and a heron eating a live fish. This properly was clean and was accurately described in the listing. The kitchen was nice, and we enjoyed cooking most of our meals for breakfast and lunch. It's reasonably close to the beach, about a half mile from the doorstep to sand; we walked a few times, but mostly we would ride our bikes. The beach storage was a huge bonus! We stashed our boys' boogie boards in there, and took advantage of the beach chairs and umbrella. There's a nearby Publix, though we arrived around 5pm on a Saturday and Publix was crazy busy, which seemed common. I'd recommend planning ahead, getting reservations, or bringing groceries to avoid having to go there on a Saturday evening. We also biked to The Bank, an outdoor beer garden that opened a few weeks before we visited. It was a great atmosphere and we really enjoyed it. We also enjoyed Chow Daddy's, Hilton Head Ice Cream, touring the Harbour Town Lighthouse, and a date night at Red Fish! Restaurants seem to book up fast, so I'd recommend getting reservations in advance. Overall, we had a great visit, and would definitely stay here again!

Great location and the BEST pool in Shipyard!

Maureen was fabulous to work with. We stayed for a month and truly enjoyed our time there. The Greens has by far the best pool in Shipyard Plantation! AC and the home all worked well. If you love to cook a lot, you may want to pack a few things for that as the kitchen is not what we’d consider fully stocked! Otherwise we had a fabulous stay!

We loved our stay!!

We had a wonderful stay at Maureen's. We loved that it was right across the street from the tennis facility. The locker at the beach was a benefit. We didn't have to haul our beach chairs to and from the beach every day. The unit itself was very clean and had everything that we needed for the week. The beds were also very comfortable. Maureen gave us a list of great restaurant recommendations and other activities to do while in HHI. We would love to come back!

Accommodations were great! Close to beach and pool. Bicycles available for use. Beach chairs and umbrellas with a beach locker. Perfect. Townhouse was in a great location. Well equipped. Nicely decorated. Very well stocked. Highly recommend! Our family of four (kids in their twenties) enjoyed our first time visiting HHI. We would love to go back and stay here, again!! The host was so pleasant to work with!

Will DEFINITELY rent again!

We stayed at this beautiful villa Aug 7-14, 2021! My husband and three teenage daughters- the villa was completely stocked with everything we needed! There were two bikes and a locker full of beach supplies to use! We rented one bike and my daughters rode their bikes to and from the beach everyday and my husband and I walked! It took us about 5 minutes from the villa, was a beautiful walk. The bed in the master bedroom was so comfy and some mornings I didn’t want to get out of it! We love Hilton Head Island and will be definitely renting this villa again!

Perfect Getaway

Our family of four (2 teens) had plenty of space in this condo! Two floors and spacious living & kitchen areas were great. This is so close to the beach...if it were any closer it would be ON the beach. Walking or biking gets you there in a blink. Having the beach locker and bikes was awesome. We would def stay here again.
