1206 Harbour Master Villas sleeps 9 with a lagoon view overlooking the 5th fairway of Clipper Golf Course! Located in the Shipyard Plantation, this 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom villa has been recently refreshed for 2023 with new living room furniture, a queen-sized sleeper sofa, king-sized bed and comfortable Tempur-Pedic foam mattress toppers throughout! Located on the end, this villa offers added privacy while still being in a perfect location to enjoy all the community amenities. Please see a full list of rooms and amenities offered below.

As guests enter the villa, they are greeted with bright coastal interiors with floor to ceiling sliding glass doors in the kitchen and living room! The kitchen is located to the left of the main entrance with stainless steel appliances, a dining nook perfect for morning coffee from the Keurig or traditional coffee pot and access to the formal dining room. The dining room offers seating for 6 with additional seating available in the kitchen nook. Before heading to the living room, a half bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway. The living room features all new furniture, including a queen-sized sleeper sofa, a TV and access to the first bedroom and patio. Bedroom 1 features a queen-sized bed with new bedding, double door access to the living room and patio access! The patio is perfect for entertaining with a grill and dining table or enjoying your morning coffee with scenic views of the lagoon and 5th fairway of Clipper Golf Course!

The second floor of this villa features a laundry room with a washer and dryer, as well as 2-bedrooms. Bedroom 2 features a new king-sized bed, TV, desk overlooking the golf course and ensuite bathroom. The spacious ensuite has a double vanity sink, a soaking tub and walk-in shower! Just down the hall, Bedroom 3 features a queen-sized bed and twin-sized bed with a TV. The second guest bathroom features a tiled shower/tub combo.

1206 Harbour Master is perfect for families and golf lovers with so many community amenities! The Harbour Master Community Pool is just steps away and guests can enjoy the Van Der Meer tennis courts, pool, and private beach access. The Shipyard Plantation Community features many walking and bike paths in a safe location.

Beautiful Condo

Exceptionally clean and well appointed condo that is easily accessible to restaurants, shopping, beach, and local activities. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels available for guests. The hosts were accommodating and responded quickly to questions to support a wonderful family gathering. We will definitely rent this condo again and use Coastal for our vacation needs!

We rated this property as excellent and exactly as represented in the online listing. The property was clean when we moved in and had everything we needed during our stay. The property manager regularly contacted us throughout our stay to be certain that things were going well. They also quickly resolved the one issue that we did have involving the gas grill not properly working by replacing it with a new grill. We very much enjoyed our stay and would consider revisiting this villa in the future.

Very comfy space

We enjoyed our stay overall. The location was very quiet and private as this is an end unit. The beds were okay, not plush or very comfy but manageable. I've definitely had worse. Small kitchen and no room at all for grocery items such as dry goods, cereal and the like. A pantry cabinet would be much appreciated. Very well-kept and clean.

Good Stay just a few minor things to note.

Place was clean except there seemed to be alot of bugs inside. And the floor downstairs left your feet black if you walked barefoot. No fan in living room or bed room downstairs seemed odd especially since there was one in the stair and bathroom upstairs. Plastic dish ware would be good for families with kids. Overall we would definitely stay there again.

Bugs

The property was on point. Nice neighborhood. The property is way in the back which we didn’t like, but it is 50 steps from pool. You have to drive to the beach unless you want to walk about a mile and a half to it. Decorated nicely and clean except for when we entered there were small palmetto bugs on the walls and floors. Big ones that were dead on floor. One of the bugs climbed in my coffee cup as I was sitting there the next morning. I called to get someone to come spray . Office is closed on Sat & Sun. Sent an email, earliest they could come out was Wed. Our trip was Sat- Thurs. Email was responded too by telling me if they sprayed the bugs would be more active and we would see more. Thursday morning more bugs were in the house and alive and dead. If you stay here bring ziplock bugs and containers for your food. And do not sit down any drinks unless you want extra protein. We have stayed at HHI for the past 30 years and have never had a bug problem at any other resorts or condos except for this one. Good luck.
