This 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse villa in the Evian community offers both a golf course and lagoon views.

Entering the home and moving directly to the left you will enter the galley style kitchen and breakfast area. The kitchen is equipped with granite countertops and updated white appliances, as well as plenteous cabinetry, all to help prepare your next family meal. The breakfast area has a table and seating for four in front of a large window letting in that afternoon light.

Entering the dining room, you will find a large dining room table with seating for 6. The living room has an abundance of seating including a large sleeper sofa and four comfy armchairs. The living room features a flat-screen TV and DVD player. Perfect for a family night in watching your favorite movies. A back door leads to a stunning patio overlooking the lagoon and Shipyard Golf Course with a table and seating for four.

The two bedrooms are located on the second floor. The primary bedroom is beautifully decorated in natural white with splashes of color. The primary bedroom features a king size bed and a flat screen tv and has picturesque views of the lagoon and golf course from the window. The updated primary bath has a double sink vanity and a tiled standing shower with seat. Across the hall in the second bedroom, you will find two twin beds, a flat screen tv, as well as a small nook with a desk and chair to record this epic vacation, along with an attached bathroom featuring a soaking tub/shower combination.

Shipyard is centrally located on beautiful Hilton Head Island and provides easy access to over 200 restaurants, unique shopping, and world-class golf.The plantation borders 12 miles of white sandy beach and offers bike paths, lagoons, golf courses, tennis courts, and an abundance of natural beauty.

Evian, a popular vacation destination within the plantation, is an oasis of serenity in itself. An old fashioned gazebo and numerous benches, overlooking the 5 acre lake with its sweeping footbridge, provide an unsurpassed view of native wildlife. The nearby Olympic size pool is open seasonally, and is adjacent to the 6, free and lighted, tennis courts. For the ocean lover, a 15-18 minute walk, or 5-7 minute bike ride, brings you to the plantation beach club on the Atlantic Ocean.  All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.
