Welcome to 6 Brown Pelican! This beautiful seven bedroom, six bathroom oceanfront Sea Pines home has all that you want in a vacation rental home and can sleep 18 guests total.

The private pool deck has plenty of seating for relaxing. The private pool and spa can be heated seasonally - please see more details in the description below. There is an additional fee to heat the pool and/or spa - please reach out to our office in advance if you are interested. . There is also amazing outdoor living space to enjoy.

The home is outfitted with wireless internet and a gas grill. This is a dog friendly home for an additional fee of $250 plus tax - please let us know in advance if you plan to bring your dog.

1st Floor:

Just beyond the grand staircase, is the first living area with a flat screen TV + access to the pool deck. For your convenience, there is a large wet bar with a refrigerator and dishwasher. The first of two washer/dryers are located downstairs.

The first bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds & a full window daybed + a flat screen TV. The private bathroom has a walk-in shower.

The first master suite has a king bed, flat screen TV + access to the pool deck. The private bath has a walk-in shower. Bedroom three has two twin beds and bedroom four has a king bed. They share a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Both bedrooms have flat screen TVs.

2nd Floor:

The living room has a flat screen TV. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops & much more. There is a second laundry room + a third full sized refrigerator in the room off the kitchen.

There is direct access off the living & dining area to the expansive, L shaped second floor wraparound porch. The outdoor seating area offers even more options to relax with the view of the beach.

The second master suite has a king bed, flat screen TV, and balcony access with ocean views. The private bathroom has been fully renovated and has a double vanity + walk-in shower.

Bedroom six and seven both have a king bed, flat screen TV + each has a private bathroom just outside the bedroom door. One has a walk-in shower and the other is a shower/tub combo.

• Distance to Beach: Oceanfront home. Pavers are located off the pool area that lead directly to the beach access path.

• Pool/Spa Info: 33 feet long with an average width of 14 feet (freeform pool). The pool and spa can be heated seasonally for an additional fee. The spa can be heated year-round for a fee. The pool can only be heated for stays falling between Labor Day through Memorial Day for a fee. No pool heat is available during the summer months. Please email or call us at least two weeks prior to your arrival if you would like to add pool/and or spa heat + pay fee.

• Dog Friendly Home: Nonrefundable pet fee is an additional $250 plus tax. If you plan on bringing your dog, please let us know in advance. Two dogs maximum allowed.

• Paying guest reservations staying between 4-27 nights will receive a $250 VayK Life beach/bike gear credit. This will be emailed to you after making a reservation and is valid for VayK Life rentals only.

• Parking: There is parking available at the home for up to six cars max - not all can be SUVs due to the driveway size.

• No weddings or other events of any kind permitted at the home.
