Get ready to be swept away in awe by this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom unit in Palmetto Dunes Plantation on Hilton Head Island. This unit features Luxury Vinyl floors throughout, plush carpet in the bedrooms, and lagoon views all throughout. Comfort and elegance are the pillars used to mold this beautiful unit together, making it the perfect choice for your next family fun excursion.

Just off the entry foyer is the living room, where tranquil lagoon views are visible and the perfect back drop to the comfortable room. Featuring a plush sofa, two comfy armchairs, an ottoman, a wicker rocking chair, and a flat screen television, this room is the perfect place for everyone to gather and enjoy each other’s company and catch up on the group’s favorite drama series.

The chic dining room sits just off the living room, offers seating for 8 and flows into the kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and lots of cabinet space to store your groceries. For added convenience a stackable washer and dryer inside the kitchen (next to the refrigerator).

A dock is located just off the living room, sit here and sip on your morning’s coffee while enjoying the peaceful lagoon views or r deal a hand of cards while star gazing in the galaxy.

The first of three bedrooms is located on the main level and has a queen size bed along with one set of bunk.This bedroom also offers a sliding glass door to the balcony, a flat screen TV, and its own private bathroom with a shower/ tub combination.

Two bedrooms are on the upper level: the pristine master bedroom, which is home to a king-size bed as well as, a cozy guest bedroom with a queen-size and a twin-size bed.Both bedrooms have TV’s, access to a private balcony along with their own bathrooms.

Vehicle Policy: Palmetto Dunes is a secured community and requires each vehicle to have a car pass. Passes are charged per car per week.

Great Spot

The location of this property is amazing. Short walk to beach, tennis center, and general store. Backyard deck over lagoon was amazing for bird watching and just having a morning coffee. Only problem: code stopped working 15 minutes before our checkout time. We loaded the car and went back to start dishwasher and couldn’t because locked out. Not a huge problem for us but someone who had not gotten everything out could have had a huge headache.

Beautiful location

Clean, spacious, great location perfect for our visit. Everything you need in the condo, and plenty of room to stretch out, bike locally, and easy access to things to do. Golf vacation combined with family vacay to the beach!

Great Time

The condo was exactly what we were looking for. The private bathrooms for each bedroom were perfect. I thought it was well stocked if you wanted to cook in. We loved the location. It was a short walk to the beach and easy to get in and out of Palmetto Dunes. We will definitely stay here again.

Great Week at Hilton Head

Loved the property.. Loved the amount of beds provided as well as the lovely balconies and dock area. Wished their were chairs off the master balcony. Second time staying at this unit.. Love the quick walk to the beach. Wished their was a kayak to use.

Fantastic property

Duplex was perfect size for 2 families (4 adults and 4 kids). Short walk to the beach access and Dunes Restaurant. Every bedroom has its own bath and private deck. Really enjoyed our stay.

Amazing property - super close to beach

Our family had an amazing time at this property. It slept all 10 of us comfortably and with 3 balconies overlooking the river, it was super calming. We loved the quick (less than 5 min) walk to the beach and the pool is literally a stone's throw away. They also had beach chairs, boogie boards and other such things ready to go. We cooked all the meals at the house and saved a ton of money. Also loved that they were equipped with high chairs and other such things for toddlers. Made the trip an absolute blast! We will definitely be back!

Wonderful family vacation!

Our family enjoyed the convenient location. It was an easy walk to to beach, close to golf, and central to other parts of the island. It was quiet and serene. We especially loved looking out over the lagoon and watching the wildlife!

Sunset rental

We rented this place for a bridal party weekend. It was an easy walk to the beach, had a nice swimming pool and conveniently located to restaurants. We had trouble with the air conditioning and thankfully the agency answered our call right away and it was repaired that afternoon. Sunset rental relayed all appropriate information and even passed along an increase in SC taxes after I had already paid. How nice to get notified that I owed more money after already paying! I must say that the person that answered my questions on the phone was very pleasant. Seems like someone else should have eaten that one. Since these are rentals managed by a company , not the owner , sunset rentals is doing a good job for the owner.
