    Upon entering 1 Night Harbour your eyes will be drawn to the light and bright family room with views out to a lush backyard and relaxing pool and spa. You will enjoy sitting on the updated and new Trek Decking to enjoy the Lowcountry air. There are three Championship golf courses located in Palmetto Dunes and this home sits on the 11th hole of the Robert Trent Jones course with breathtaking ocean views.

    The pristine sandy beach is just a short 2 minute walk for you and your family. Whether building sand castles, beach combing, or just relaxing and taking in the cool ocean breeze this location is the very best in Palmetto Dunes.

    As you enter our home you will be welcomed into the large freshly painted family room with plenty of seating for everyone on our spacious, sectional couch. Our upscale kitchen is open to the family room and offers a Thermador gas cooktop, SubZero refrigerator, two sinks, microwave, wine cooler and ice maker. Adjacent is a breakfast room with a new dining table for 6-7. The French doors just off the breakfast room lead out to a spacious, new deck with ample seating and an inviting pool and spa.(can be heated for an additional charge)

    On the opposite side of our kitchen in the dining room is our beautiful dinning room with enough space to seat 10 guests comfortably.

    There are 3 primary bedrooms downstairs each with king beds and private newly renovated baths with tubs, separate updated showers and double sinks. These 3 bedrooms have 3 new 65 inch smart TV's.
    Upstairs you will find a game room with a foosball table and plenty of seating on the comfortable couch.
    There are 3 more bedrooms upstairs. The first has 3 twin beds and a private bathroom and another bedroom with 2 twin beds and a private bathroom and the third bedroom has a king sized bed with a private bathroom along with a new 55 inch smart TV.

    Whether you are an avid golfer, love outdoor activities or a beach lover, 1 Night Harbour provides it all.

    The Dunes Buggy: The Palmetto Dunes Buggy provides courtesy transportation in Palmetto Dunes, Leamington, and Shelter Cove from mid March - mid September. This on-demand service dispatches vehicles on a first-come, first-served basis. 843-689-4222

I Night Harbor was the perfect house for our family of 12. The house was clean, well furnished, and an easy walk to the beach. Our family had a great time in the pool, at the beach and in the house conversing.

Family beach trip!

Wonderful beach house with open kitchen and living room area that overlooks the private pool. The space and bedrooms worked good for our multi family beach trip. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. Close and easy walk to the beach access.

Great house. A short walk to the beach. The house is well equipped and well kept. The kids had fun with the foosball table upstairs. It’s a comfortable place for the family to hang out at the end of a nice beach day. We had three groups and evryone had their own space. Would definitely stay here again.

Palmetto Dunes Retreat

My family has stayed at multiple houses in Palmetto Dunes and this was one of our favorites. The location was great and had easy access to the beach. The house itself was spacious and easily accommodated our group of 11. We liked that there were 4 King Beds and that the kitchen was nicely appointed for nights we wanted to cook. The Property Manager was great. He was responsive to any questions and was easy to work with. I would definitely stay at this property again!

Family Vacation

The number of bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect for our group of 12 adults. Access to the beach was a 1-minute walk. Commination with Jon and Donna could not have been better, when we had any questions or concerns, they addressed the issue immediately. Great pool & proximity to the beach access!

This was a great house for a multi-generation family vacation. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We all enjoyed the large pool and the short walk to the beach. Ryan and Jon were very responsive answered all of our questions promptly.

We loved the cleanliness and size of the house but our favorite things were the pool/spa and closeness to the beach! We had a slight issue when we got there and Jon was super responsive and took care of it immediately! We had a great week and I highly recommend this house!

Excellent VRBO House

8 adults for a golf holiday. We all loved the house, amenities and location( 2 mins to the beach). Jon and Donna Strebe were excellent property managers and very responsive to any queries or issues, of which there were very few. It would be a great house for families to enjoy as lots of space, bedrooms, amenities and a great pool and hot tub. Would rebook anytime!

This group of friends have been together for forty years. The house was perfect for us and was our second time staying there. The six bedrooms and six private baths was perfect. The long dining room table seated us all and the kitchen was well equipped as we ate all of our meals in.

Fabulous week at 1 Night Harbor!

Loved the house and location. We had four couples, so the house worked out really well for our group. Everyone liked their beds. The kitchen was also well appointed, which worked well, since we cooked in much of the time. The pool and outdoor area also worked out well, and location to the beach was fantastic. We had a wonderful time and we would love to rent this home again!!

Easter weekend

We had a wonderful stay at 1 Night Harbor. The house was very spacious and accommodated our large family very well. Love the location to the beach. The house would be an exceptional rental with some cosmetic and functional updates...needs to be "refreshed" especially in bedrooms and bathrooms. Overall, a great vacation spot. Also, I do wish it had been disclosed in the listing that construction of a new house was going on right next door.
