This top-floor, one-bedroom, one-bath villa features a private oceanfront balcony, ideal for morning coffee, dolphin watching, or relaxing evenings with the sea breeze.
Continuing our commitment to annual enhancements, April 2026 will bring a brand-new oceanfront sofa in the main TV room and a Serta Perfect Sleeper Hotel Nobility Suite Plush mattress for elevated comfort in the bedroom.
Balcony-height Adirondack chairs and an exterior ceiling fan enhance outdoor comfort.
Step directly onto one of the best beaches on Hilton Head Island, consistently voted the #1 island in the continental U.S. by Travel + Leisure. A heated beachfront pool with umbrellas and ample seating sits just steps from the sand.
Inside, enjoy a bright, coastal retreat with modern upgrades throughout, including granite countertops, glass tile backsplash, shiplap accents, luxury plank flooring, smooth ceilings, fresh paint (2025), new lighting, and ceiling fans. The private bedroom includes a queen-size bed, Smart TV, ceiling fan, AC unit, and generous closet storage. The fully stocked kitchen makes dining in easy with full-size appliances, a glass-top range, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, toaster, and two coffee makers.
Ocean Dunes Villas amenities include an elevator, luggage carts, coin laundry on every floor, BBQ grilling area with outdoor seating, private beach cabana bathrooms, boardwalk-style beach access with outdoor showers, gated parking, lush landscaping, and high-speed 5G Wi-Fi (Spectrum).

You can't beat the view! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony listening to the ocean and watching the boats. Condo is well decorated and had everything we needed. Nancy was so nice to work with. The only problem with our stay was its was to short. Will rent from again.

The unit was sufficient to meet our needs. It was important to us to be ocean front. So an A on that. The takeaways were the building is old and a/c units were loud, especially while sleeping at night. There was an odor in the master bedroom, we suspect from the A/C unit. We found the mattress to be uncomfortable,

Second week at HHI

My wife and I and our two sons and their wives plus grandkids spend a week in North Forest Beach in a full home rental. My wife and I then move to this condo on the 4th floor for a full second week. This condo makes for a more relaxed week for just the two of us. The view from the balcony is fantastic. Overlooks the pool and the beach. Only a few steps to the beach. We come to HHI for the warm water, the restaurants and the friendly vacation atmosphere. This condo has been our rental for a few years now. Hope to come back next year.

Check in process was simple and quick. We picked up the key right across the street from the condo complex. We even got to check in early as the unit had been cleaned and ready for us. The condo was as described with a beautiful view of the pool and ocean from the balcony. We had everything we needed as far as bath towels, cooking utensils, beach chairs and umbrellas, and 2 televisions. The shower appeared to be newly tiled and was perfect. We did not hear any noises from the other units in the building at all. We felt safe and secure in the area and it was close to everything we wanted to visit. The owner was very responsive to an issue we had with the kitchen sink leaking and it was repaired very quickly. We enjoyed this condo and area very much and would not hesitate to book again!

Great condo!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The view was the best! It was easy access to the beach and pool. The kitchen was well equipped for our breakfast and lunch preparations. The location in the Coligny area is our favorite on the island. Very close to many great restaurants. We will be back!

As advertised, very clean and enough space for us. Really enjoyed getting up to walk along the beach and see dolphins and all the birds. The balcony was perfect for having a beverage at night and coffee in the morning while watching and listening to the waves. Beautiful setting. Definitely family friendly beach as the water is pretty calm (other than our first morning following a storm) and shallow a ways out.

Lovely Condo

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was clean, nicely decorated, and had fantastic views. It is close enough to walk or bike to Coligny Plaza, but far enough away from the crowds. Nancy was awesome to deal with. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo was probably the cleanest unit we have ever rented! You add a gorgeous view with a beautiful sunrise every morning and it does not get any better. Plenty of towels, Keurig, and the conveniences of home help made our vacation perfect. We will return!
