Pool/ Spa: 15' X 28', The pool can be heated up to 88 degrees for an additional $1000/week and $500/week for the spa, however it is not available from Memorial Day- Labor Day. Last minute requests are not guaranteed and subject to a fee. We cannot guarantee pool heat maintains when the air temperature is below 60℉. This fee is not included in VRBO total and will be added once your reservation has been made.

Nicely appointed house with great beach views. Pool filter was not working which lead to lots of time spent cleaning a very dirty pool. Pool heating system didn’t work great either and owner/mgmt charged 1500 to heat the pool for 6 days which is likely egregious (I think that should be adjusted by an estimated weekly cost of propane). Would likely not stay again at those prices.

House layout nice. Bring bath towels, pool loungers, what is supplied is very cheap. Window coverings cheap, a real pain to open and close( for sea turtles). Pool area very poor, poor layout, dirty, major biting ant infestation. Range top right side works, left does not. Over $1,000 to use spa? Ridiculous for the price you pay for rental. They’ll be charging to plug in the frig next, tacky move. Bedrooms and bathrooms nice. Won’t rent again. Message left with office, no return call.

Week at the beach

We were so excited to stay for a week in a rental property in HH. When we got there the hot tub didn’t work and the AC upstairs was also out. We didn’t feel that we got the value for paying full price for a home that wasn’t in working order . We contacted PMgr multiple times and still have not heard back. Steer clear of 133 dune Lane and this PM

Excellent Property

Just a fabulous property all the way around. Looks exactly as listed. Plenty of parking. Ninja blender. A/C worked great. Room for plenty of folks. Bathrooms are super nice. The beach and pool being right there was a big hit. The pool was a bit dirty when we arrived, but with the palm trees and dune brush all around and the wind always blowing, I think a pool would be near impossible to keep clean 24/7. So we got it cleaned on day 2, and it was great. So, I recommend renters request a cleaning right before or upon arrival.

Beach Time

The house has the most amazing view of the ocean! The property was extremely clean. My family of 5 enjoyed the easy access to the beach and spent lots of time in the pool and on the back deck. What could make the house perfect would be adding a platform deck where the lounge chairs are behind the pool. The hill with pine straw is covered with ants and it’s not very inviting. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay in the house and would definitely return!!

Great Location

We had a nice time at the house. The location is great for Hilton Head. The house was a great setup for us having the kids upstairs and the adults downstairs. The house had almost everything we needed. There was only one kitchen trash bag provided so we did need to buy some extras of those. We left them for the next guest. If any improvement could be made to the property it would be to install a deck where the pine straw and lounge chairs are. That is the best place to lay in the sun, but just a little awkward. Overall we had a great stay and would come back to this property in the future.

The best spot for a family vacation

First off, this home was very clean when we arrived. We didn’t need to clean anything before unpacking, so kudos to your cleaning staff! This home had everything we needed for a fantastic family vacation. The bathrooms were gorgeous and we enjoyed that each room had its own bathroom. The pool and spa were wonderful. The location right on the beach and close to shops was exactly what we were looking for. The management company also responded quickly to questions. The home Alexa was a nice touch! We would highly recommend this property! Thank you for helping make our family vacation very enjoyable!

I was charged to heat a spa which was non functional . Pool guy said it did not have a functional pump. Also they advertised in amenities an elevator..there was not one.. they also had adds on other websites stating there was an elevator.

Family Spring Break

Family of 5 (newborn and two toddlers) Pool/spa wasn’t cleaned (sticks and branches) and we could not get the heat to go above 75. I contacted management and left voicemails as I could not get ahold of anyone. I eventually texted the emergency number. No one ever returned my calls, but they did text me. We never could get the pool/spa to heat and the pool company finally can’t at 5:30 the night before we left (5 night stay). I called a week before to get the heat turned on and paid for it, so they knew we were going to be using it. Very disappointing for the kiddos. They trash bins were also full from the previous guests and also did not get emptied until the day before we left. The vacation home next to us was under construction and it was pretty loud during the day when they were working. Pool area/yard was cluttered with the pool chairs/loungers. I think they could get rid of the loungers to make the walkways clear and because there isn’t any space back there for them to even be used. Some of the chairs were rusted, but plastic chairs were fine. Beds were not comfortable, but I expected that from previous reviews. Pro: beach access from the back, 20 minute stroller walk into town.
