DOG FRIENDLY: Pet fees are not included in your VRBO total and will be added by Vacation Homes of Hilton Head after your online reservation has been made. Our company has a two (2) dog maximum and a weight restriction of 50 pounds maximum. No cats or other animals allowed. Inquire with our reservations staff about a 3rd pet for an additional fee.

Pool: 28' x 14' * This property offers free pool heat in the shoulder season (Sept -Oct and April - May) to roughly 86 -88 degrees. Pool heat not available November - March as the pool heater does not work when the air temperature is below (roughly) 60 degrees. NOTE: the spa does not have jets and only heats to the temperature of the pool.

Car Passes: Palmetto Dunes Car Passes must be ordered at time of booking (leave notes in the comments section) and can be picked up at our office on day of arrival. If you do not add passes at the time of booking, our Guest Ambassador with reach out to coordinate.

Seasonal Beach Shuttle: Palmetto Dunes Buggy is a FREE on demand and door to door shuttle to the beach and Shelter Cove Marina, Shops, and Restaurants. This Shuttle runs from April through September.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE: To secure a reservation, we require a 50% deposit upfront and the balance payment due thirty days prior to arrival via Visa, Master, Discover, American Card. ID Verification is required.
