The dining table seats 6 comfortably, with additional seating at the kitchen bar. The living area, just off the dining room, features a comfortable sofa, two club chairs and access to the private patio overlooking the golf course and lagoon.

The main bedroom offers the same beautiful views of the golf course and lagoon, while providing guests with a king bed, patio access and a private bathroom with double sinks, a garden tub and a tiled walk-in shower.

The queen guest bedroom also has its own bathroom with a tiled tub/shower combination. The full guest room has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.
If you’re looking for Hilton Head condo rentals, the Colonnade Club is a wonderful vacation destination within Shipyard Plantation. This complex is close to the beach with an on-site pool (open April 15th through September), pool house, heated spa and community BBQ grills. Please note Colonnade Club is not equipped with elevators and use of stairs is required. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
