The pool and hot tub on the fourth floor is open year round, but the pool does not have a heater. You will have access to one of the Sea Crest's pools across the street which is also available to guests year round 7138 is the gate code. The condo is located on the second floor with elevator access from the gated secure garage located on the ground floor with street views and faces Coligny Plaza. No steps are required. Beach equipment rentals are available right on the beach by Shore Beach Services.

North Shore Place is a fabulous newer upscale condominium complex on North Forest Beach Drive. It is located directly across from both the ocean approximately (1500 yards), Coligny Plaza and one of the Sea Crest pools which you will also have access to year-round. This 1261 square feet, 2nd floor Villa features a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a new walk-in shower in the master. This Villa is located on the second floor of the building with a spacious private covered veranda to enjoy the cool ocean breezes. There is a spectacular rooftop swimming pool open year round but not heated and sundeck on the 4th floor. The hot tub is heated year round.
It has an easily accessible beach walk that leads directly to the beach. The villa is conveniently located within a block from the beach & adjacent to Coligny Plaza with it's shopping, grocery store, restaurants and live entertainment. North Shore Place Villas features secured covered gated parking for your vehicle (code required/space available) and elevator access to all floors (code required). Luggage carts and bike racks are plentiful in the garage area.
Unfortunately, beach equipment is not provided due to lack of storage space.
Chairs and umbrellas are available for rent on the beach March-October.

This elegant, spacious villa has stone floors, high ceilings, and beautiful moldings and is designer decorated. The great room offers numerous windows, all with designer draperies. The living area is beautifully decorated with large comfortable chairs. The kitchen has a large center island, stainless steel GE appliances and white cabinets. The dining area, beside the kitchen, has a large table with seating for six and bar seating for three.

The master bedroom has a King bed with matching end tables and designer window treatments, Smart Cable TV and spacious private bath with new walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has two double beds and a private bath with tub and shower combination. The villa also has it's own stackable washer and dryer.
Of additional interest is a spacious veranda overlooking Coligny Plaza, which is adjacent to North Shore. So not only are you right across the street from the Sea Crest and have use of their oceanfront pool, but you are next to Coligny Plaza with all of its many shops, restaurants, grocery store, bakery, gourmet coffee and the famous Frosty Frog. You may find you don't need to get back into the car for anything. Additional parking is available in the general Coligny Plaza parking lot.

Bikes are available for rent and can be delivered in advance and stored in the designated parking garage bike rack.

Pools are heated at the Sea Crest during March and April.

You will be emailed the welcome guide 3 days before they check in. The welcome guide will also be available in the VRBO app. Access, check-in, and checkout instructions are released 3 days before check-in, but all other information is available as soon as you book.

Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.
The property makes no refunds for no shows, early departures or discounted stays. If you are traveling during hurricane season, please purchase travel insurance. We do not offer refunds or exchanges due to weather unless a mandatory evacuation is issued.

We cannot be held responsible for any unscheduled closures of the amenities managed by the regime.
