Welcome to Sunny Hilton Head and the Island Club Oceanfront Resort. The Island Club is a family-oriented resort nestled in 25 acres of prime oceanfront property. Island Club boasts expansive beaches and breathtaking sunrises.

Our two bedroom ocean view 1275 sq. ft. villa offers spectacular views that include the ability to watch the sunrise over the Atlantic from your oversized balcony. The villa will comfortably sleep 5-7, so it is perfect for a family get together. The unit has been totally renovated in 2012 which included new tile, paint, custom cabinets, granite countertops, flat screen TV’s, appliances, furniture, etc. In 2020, the unit was repainted, newly furnished, and has new flooring throughout the unit. If you can name it, it was probably replaced. This is a wonderfully decorated, non-smoking unit that is ready to be booked for your next vacation.

This is a top floor, end unit which offers many advantages. First of all, it means you have no one above you or to the right of you. These units have an oversized balcony which means that the entire family can relax to the sound of the crashing waves or take in the sun. In addition, the end unit offers an oversized window in the dining room area that really lets the light shine in. Every attention has been given to the details in this beautifully renovated villa. The master suite includes a pillow top king size bed and master bath with huge walk in closet. Wake to a spectacular view of the ocean from the master bedroom and walk out to the balcony from your private entrance for your morning coffee. The guest room includes a pillow top full size bed plus a twin bed and a beautifully renovated tub/shower for our guests.

The Island Club is located in close proximity to the beautiful Westin Resort where you can enjoy your favorite tropical drink or enjoy fine dining that is a short walk down the beach (200 yards). If grilling is more your speed, the Island Club offers and maintains gas grills from a beautiful picnic area overlooking the ocean. The Island Club also has every amenity imaginable including nine free tennis courts (including several clay courts), a large heated pool with a waterfall, a children's pool with a mushroom waterfall, a tanning pool, health and fitness center, hot tub, racquetball, basketball, children's playground and bike rentals. The pool and hot tub are open mid March through October. The pool is heated in the spring and fall. The Island Club is also a gated community with 24 hour security. Children's programs are also available from June through September for ages 5-12.

Hilton Head has everything anyone could ever hope for in a dream vacation spot. Play a different golf course everyday if you choose, incredible shopping and dining and the most beautiful sunsets and sunrises anywhere on earth. This condo has turned out to be our HHI favorite now. We will absolutely stay there again. The condo was beautiful! The attention to detail that was put into everything made our stay perfect! And it was so clean. The complex itself was great- the pool was always so clean. The grounds were kept so neat. We were literally just a short couple minute walk to the beach and pool. Couldn’t ask for a better location. And the view from the balcony was breathtaking. We were able to relax out there and watch the ducks on the pond. We will be back

Spring break getaway

This property is beautiful. We enjoyed our stay here. It had everything we need and more, plus the view was amazing. The kitchen was well stocked and there were several beach towels and chairs to use on the beach. The location was perfect for us near several beautiful golf courses. Very nice stay on HHI

Nice, quiet location -- end unit and top floor so no noise from neighbors. Balcony overlooks the pond and ocean and is covered. Set up is perfect for company since the bedrooms are on opposite ends of the unit, each with a designated bathroom. Easy parking, gated community, walk to the beach and lots of extras (bike rental, tennis, pool, etc). Really enjoyed the month of February there!

Relaxing Getaway

We liked the Island Club community, and the location was perfect, right on the ocean. The balcony view was more of an ocean view (not ocean front) but was picturesque none the less The kitchen was well stocked and the furnishings were relatively new, as advertised. Our only complaint was that the nearby elevator had some maintenance issues and was not working properly.

Unit was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Even though we didn't need them, I appreciated the beach chairs and towels that were available. The location was a short walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing by the beach

We chose this location because it was located close to the beach, and it did not disappoint! The condo and grounds were well equipped, clean, and quiet. Our family enjoyed the recreational activities and short walk to the beach. Great place to spend family time together!

Island Club vacation

We were able to stay at Island Club in HHI the first week of August. We were all impressed by the condo - super clean, the furniture was comfortable and lovely. We felt immediately at home. The hosts were phenominal communicators and they thought of everything to ensure our comfort. We are so very grateful!! We also loved the location of the condo on Hilton Head - and we loved the complex. I will mention that I don't think that the pictures reflect how close the condo is to the ocean. It was lovely to be able to listen to the ocean, and have a quick walk to the beach. Thank you so much to Tim and Melissa!!!

Loved this property

We own and have stayed at many places listed on VRBO. This is an owner after our own hearts. We try to think of everything a guest may need or want and so do Tim and Melissa. They may have outdone us. The condo is so cozy and charming. We felt right at home and we would stay here again for sure. That is the best referral you can give or get. The property is charming, the beds comfy, the sheets amazing just like the view.

Wonderful Hilton Head Island Club

South Carolina Condo Review We walked in and all of the colors and decor instantly created a space of calm and relaxation. The shower water pressure was great. With complimentary make up towels ( an idea I will replicate at home) The beds were comfortable and homey. TV was easy to use with a number of channels! All of the small things I thought wouldn’t be available for cooking and eating were a cabinet away. Cooking was also well ventilated. The sunlight and view from the balcony with a beach view in the morning was wonderful for sitting with a cup of tea or stretching for a bit of zen and fresh air. The three different sizes of bed in the unit allow for cuddles and solitude for deep sleep. The listed pictures match my experience , this was a well needed self care & retreat! Location was easy to find, directions and guidance for the unit was user friendly. If there are additional units and locations managed by this team we would absolutely book! 5 stars.

Beautiful and comfortable condo!

This condo was beautifully decorated and very comfortable for my husband and I along with our 3 young children. Exceptionally clean! Beds were comfortable and everything needed was provided, including beach chairs and towels. As a family, we really appreciated all the thought and detail that went into hosting guests.
