Golf Cart Offer: Enjoy the convenience of our 6-passenger electric golf carts, adaptable to 4-passenger + cargo configurations. Park them at public beach parking or drive to nearby restaurants, bars, and grocery stores. Limited availability during summer; please request upon booking.

Beach Access: Located in the Folly Field area, Folly Field Beach is just a short, dedicated paved path away, taking less than 10 minutes to walk. With ample parking available for both golf carts and vehicles, plus ADA-accessible spaces, your beach day is easily accessible.

Folly Field Beach Park: Known as a "local's beach," this beautiful shoreline offers a serene escape with ample amenities, including restrooms and outdoor showers. Seasonal lifeguards ensure safety from Memorial Day until Labor Day.

Included Supplies: Your property will come stocked with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, laundry detergent, and garbage bags for your convenience.

Cancellation Policy: To receive a refund, cancellations must occur at least 60 days prior to check-in, subject to a $350 administrative fee. Trip/Travel Insurance is recommended at the time of booking.

Nice Property

This house overall is kept pretty well, though as all beach houses, it shows some wear and tear. The decor is really well done, and even though it is really tight quarters (the house, while having lots of "rooms" is built townhouse style so each floor's layout is naturally quite narrow...this means that the kitchen and dining are extremely small if you have a lot of people). The kitchen was really well stocked with all pots/pans/dishes/etc. that you could need. There is a good amount of beach equipment, but a lot of it is "well-loved". There were some nice touches, such as a welcome gift and plenty of information about the area. It took around 10 minutes to walk to the Folly Field boardwalk (which then takes almost 10 more minutes to walk down to get on the actual beach). We found it very convenient; with smaller kids it might not have been as "walkable" with all the equipment. You can see in all neighbors' houses and vice-versa. The pool is the tiniest thing imaginable, so if you like to sit in what is basically a hot tub or a few people can get on a float if you like to do that. There is a couch out there and a grill too as pictured, but overall it is a really, really small outdoor area. Little kids would likely enjoy the pool. This neighborhood is still being built out, so there is construction all around and they do start working early, so be advised there is noise and traffic from that. Otherwise, it appears to be a quiet neighborhood (almost all rental houses).

Spring Break

This house was very nice and spacious. We had 4 families and it never seemed crowded. The kids were able to enjoy the top floor together and all the other rooms were big. The heated pool was extremely nice when the weather got cooler. We had a couple issues but the management company was quick to respond to our needs. This house was located very close to the beach and we were able to walk there. I would recommend this house to others!

Family vacation!!!!

We had a great experience at this property. We have done many vacation rentals but this was by far the most well stocked home we have ever rented. There was everything you could need in the kitchen and plenty of dishes for a large group. There was also a high chair, crib , pack and play and umbrella stroller which was awesome as we were traveling with triplets! The air conditioning worked perfectly! We had a few cool nights and made use of the outdoor fire pit and heated pool! The beach is just a short bike ride or walk! We would definitely rent this home again!

Great stay for multi generational family get together

Great location. Walk to folley beach easy and less than 10 minutes on pathway separate from the road the entire way. For our stay in March weather was in mid 60s and heated pool was great. Kitchen was very well stocked with cookware. Would stay again.

Beautiful home

We were happy with the space. Bedrooms spacious and lots of nooks to relax in. 1/2 mile to beach. Living room a little too small. Kitchen well stocked. It was nice to have a covered pool. All was clean and cheerful.

Great week at Sandcastle!

This was our third stay in Sandcastle which demonstrates the great location. This was the first time in this house. We loved the house. Everything was new and furniture was very nice. The rental agency was extremely responsive. We had a couple issues. The pool is very small, with many concrete angles, some of which cannot be seen in the pictures. With 4 small kids, it wasn't just small, but dangerous. Additionally, there was one refrigerator. We had 10 adults in addition to the 4 small kids and it was too small. In order to sleep 18 as listed, especially if all are adults, we recommend another fridge for drinks downstairs like we've had at other properties for large groups.

126 Sandcastle Ct was terrific from top to bottom. Very welcoming and comfortable, our family felt at home from the minute we stepped in. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, the decks provided quiet escapes and the bunk room and pool were big hits. A great space for making family memories!
