Welcome to this distinctive vacation property managed locally by Island Time Hilton Head.

"Fairway Palms" is a low-country gem. It is in a lovely private setting in Sea Pines, in the coveted Harbour Town neighborhood. The home is uniquely situated on the 8th fairway of Harbour Town Golf Links, surrounded by two beautiful lagoons. Expansive views wrap around the property of this gorgeous, totally remodeled 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath home.

Walk-in to the open living and dining area with morning sunrises and evening sunsets. A fabulous gourmet kitchen with a large teak island and copper free-form sink, granite countertops with a stone farmhouse sink, a French La Cornue gas range, and a Sub-Zero refrigerator.

The home features a brand-new bunk room in the middle of two king suites. For morning cups of coffee and evening cocktails, there is a fantastic outdoor covered entertaining area with a built-in grill, sink, bar, dining table, and rockers. The new heated pool sits adjacent to one of the lagoons, where Carolina wildlife equally enjoys the serenity of the moment.

The home also features a Sonos system with independently controlled speakers throughout. Feel free to step out to the peaceful yard while, underneath majestic southern pines, you relax in the Adirondack chairs while watching golfers by day and the magnificent moonrise at night.

Key Features:
• Proximity to the beach: 10 min ride bike, less than 5 min to Harbour Town
• The pool can be heated for an additional charge, give us a call for heating rates and to make arrangements. Pool heat must be scheduled at 14 days prior to arrival. Additional fees apply for last minute requests prior to arrival or after arriving at the property. If the weather drops below 60 degrees, the pool may not be capable of being heated and or reaching optimal temperature.

What a great property! Loved everything about it from the location on the Harbour Town 8th fairway, just a short bike ride to the beach or to Harbour Town; to the pool and the space inside the house itself. What a great place to spend a beach vacation!

Idalia didn’t stop us.

Although Idalia tried to ruin our Labor Day weekend trip, she couldn’t - we had a great time. The pool was unusable for a day and a half (due to storm) but it was cleaned within 36 hours of check in and we enjoyed our stay

Fabulous home!

We spent a wonderful week in your gorgeous home!There were 11 of us, myself, three of my grown children and five grandchildren. There was plenty of room, comfortable furniture and beds with an amazing high end kitchen. The house was very clean and well cared for and the pool was a big hit too. We rented bikes and rode everyday and were close to all the shops and beaches. We grilled out almost every day. It was a great vacation with many lasting memories. Thank so much!!

This property was fantastic for our family vacation. It was great being close to harbor town marina and the golf course. We enjoyed all the amenities of the place. It’s clear the owners take pride in their house. It’s meant to entertain. Would definitely consider renting again for our next HHI vacation.

Beautiful Home on Golf Course

There were 2 couples and 2 teenagers, with plenty of room for everyone. The spacious kitchen was a favorite gathering spot. We also enjoyed the pool, watching the golfers and caddies go by, and all of the wildlife. Very enjoyable stay.

Great vacation

This was a great property to rent. The house is very spacious and everyone had plenty of room. The pool area was great. Lots of room, deep end of the pool and lots of sun hits the pool all day. Overall great place to rent.

Lovely stay for the RBC Heritage

This property was perfect for our stay in HHI to attend the RBC Heritage Golf tourney. The location right on the 8th fairway was excellent for watching the golfers come through. In our experience, this listing was managed by a rental company, not the owner. They called to change the price after we had already signed the rental contract due to the Heritage taking place during our stay. It was disappointing but options were limited and we already had tournament tickets so we agreed.

Beautiful home

Wow what a beautiful home both inside and out. We loved the layout of the house and all the useable space outside. The pool was wonderful. We heated it and spent everyday swimming and enjoying the lovely outdoor space. The kids loved the adorable bunk room and the adults loved the gourmet kitchen. We would definitely like to return to this amazing vacation home.

February Break

The property was exactly as described and looked just like the pictures. It was clean and very homey. Reading my book as I sat out back in the rocking chairs overlooking the 8th hole at Harbortown was very relaxing. We had beautiful weather and couldn’t have asked for a nicer house. The only suggestion that we would have would be to include some beach chairs and beach towels at the house. Otherwise, we had everything we needed. Thank you for a wonderful week!

Great Vacation Home

Excellent location and very comfortable home. It was perfect for our family vacation. We loved the pool and was an easy bike ride to the beach. All of the living space was very usable and the kitchen was great. It accomodated our group of six adults and three kids perfectly.

Exceeded Expectations

I have been a longtime VRBO customer, and have learned over the years not to manage my expectations based on pictures alone. In the case of Fairway Palms, however, the pictures don't do the property justice. The home is clean, spacious, convenient and very tastefully decorated. A beautiful property with even more beautiful views settled on the 8th fairway of Harbor Town Links. I spent nearly a month here with my wife and two young children (2 and 4), and the house had everything we needed, which came in handy with a rainy first couple of weeks. It is also a perfect location for enjoying Harbor Town and the many scenic bike trails while not sacrificing the unique atmosphere that makes Hilton Head so special. I worked most of my stay and the study was beautiful, and there were no shortage of activities for my wife and our two young children. Fairway Palms was everything we hoped for and more, and provided a wonderful experience at a time we desperately needed it.
