Welcome to this distinctive vacation property managed locally by Island Time Hilton Head.

Direct Oceanfront 3 bedrooms Villa with gorgeous renovations

This 3-bedroom, 3-bath villa offers a comfortable vacation for friends or family groups. Enjoy ocean views with access to your private balcony through the living room or master bedroom. The living room is furnished with enough space to accommodate all your lazy beach bums after an exciting day on the beach.

The kitchen is equipped and ready to create your next meal. Quartz counter tops, a stainless microwave and dishwasher, new tile, and custom cabinets There was plenty of room for dining at the table, and we added seats at the breakfast bar.

The master suite has a king bed, a flat-screen TV, ocean views, and a large walk-in shower with a separate vanity area. The second bedroom has two twin beds, a flat-screen TV, and shares the hall bath with a deep soaking tub and shower. The third bedroom has a queen bed, a flat-screen TV, a private bath with a large walk-in shower, and a slider door to a private oceanfront balcony.

Beautiful condo with Fantastic view

The unit was a very spacious 3 bedroom. The master was very comfortable with a great view of the ocean. The kitchen was well appointed for cooking. Checking in was easy and check out was simple. There was plenty of parking. The Palmetto grounds were beautiful. The property manager was great with really good communication about the unit and Hilton Head Island. I recommend this unit.

Beautiful View from this Perfect Condo!

The six of us had a fabulous time at The Barrington Arms! The spacious three bedroom condo was perfect for us, our daughter and her husband and their two children. It had everything we needed and wanted, especially the mesmerizing view of the ocean. The beach was easy to access and the nearby Shelter Cove had amenities that we all enjoyed. The staff at Island Time were very professional and helpful throughout the process. It was a joyous place for us to spend Christmas and we voted that we would all like to return next year!

Celebrating 50th anniversary October 2022

Three couples rented this condo for a 6 night getaway to celebrate 50th wedding anniversary of long time friends. Perfect setup for three couples. Perfect location. Loved the heated pool. Balcony was excellent overlooking pool and great size for the six of us. The only small thing I would recommend, not enough glasses or silverware and the couch is pretty wore down. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were nice. Having the elevator right out our door was handy. We all decided we would like to rent again.

Beautiful spacious villa on the beach

404 Barrington Arms in Palmetto Dunes is great! 4th floor, has elevator. Beautiful with gorgeous views. Amazing wildlife everywhere. Kitchen stocked. TV easy to use. Internet works well. Great water pressure, beds and furniture comfy. Great dishwasher, and full sized laundry. Garage parking. Easy! We all loved it!

Oceanviews and relaxation

This condo is very spacious, sunny and comfortable. The photos accurately represent the space, and the kitchen is well equipped. The "starter kit" of soap, shampoo and kitchen cleaning supplies is adequate for a week. We rented bikes for the week and enjoyed biking on the neighborhood paths and walking along the beach. The pool is heated and comfortable in early Spring. Plenty of activities for non-golfers like kayaking, tennis or pickle ball. I highly recommend this rental.

Magical getaway

My husband and 2 young sons stayed at this beautiful property Oct 2021 and it exceeded all of our expectations. The property is even more beautiful, up to date, and cozy then pictures. It’s appears like it was just newly renovated. All the living areas are large and spacious. The unit is located right near the elevator which is very convenient. Parking is easy. The ocean, pool, lagoon/pond view (yes all) from the bedrooms, balcony, and family room are spectacular. My sons spent mornings counting turtles, fish and watching an alligator in the pond/lagoon below from the balcony. We enjoyed coffee on the well Appointed balcony and watched the stunning sunrise every morning. The pool is right in front of the unit and the beach right after it. Beach was walking distance, clean, and quiet. The pool was warm and the weather was perfect. Palmetto dunes is beautifully manicured and everyone was so friendly. The unit is walking distance to the Omni hotel which has a few bars and restaurants. The property is centrally located with an easy drive to local grocery stores, airport, restaurants, and two playgrounds. Island time was excellent to work with. Brenda was kind, responsive and very helpful. We can’t wait to come back!

Great week in Hilton Head

The condo was very comfortable for 6 adults (and one really cute baby)! The open concept layout is great. The view was spectacular. We made most of our meals at the condo, and the kitchen was very well stocked. Thanks for sharing your property with our family !

Spring break stay

We were pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and up-to-date accommodations at the condo. There were plenty of towels provided, the TVs all provided access to every app you could want, view was great and we did not hear any neighbors. One odd thing is that they kept a plunger in the bedroom closet. We didn’t use that closet given what was stored in it. Also the sink the master bathroom was clogged. Overall minor improvements could be made with a tiny bit more attention to detail.

Optimal location and comfortable villa

Our family of four had a great time while staying at this villa. Palmetto Dunes was clean, comfortable and safe for our teens to explore on their own. The villa overlooked the pool but had a nice view of the ocean. Beds were comfortable and the layout was perfect for our family. We will be back!

First time at Hilton Head

Loved Hilton Head. Condo was in central location, beautifully decorated, very comfortable for 6 adults, clean and had a beautiful view of pool and ocean. The only issue we had was in the beginning when we were trying to get our car passes. I received an email stating to go to one location but was told when we got there that we had to go to another location for pick up. The two places were a mile apart. Not a big deal. I would recommend this area of the island and this condo for a large group. We’ll definitely go back!
