Discover the perfect blend of comfort and convenience at Coligny Villas. This charming two-story, 2-bedroom, 2½-bath townhome is just a short stroll from both the beach and Coligny Plaza.

The main level features a spacious and inviting living area with cozy furnishings, ideal for family gatherings. The open-plan design connects seamlessly to the dining area and a private patio with outdoor seating, just steps from the pool. The fully equipped kitchen boasts elegant granite countertops, full-size appliances, and a convenient laundry room with a washer and dryer.

Upstairs, you'll find two comfortable bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed, ample storage, a flat-screen TV, and a private balcony with views of the courtyard and pool area. The en-suite master bathroom includes a generous walk-in shower. The second bedroom features two queen-sized beds, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

Stay connected with secure Wi-Fi, or choose to unplug and enjoy the serene surroundings. Coligny Villas is ideally located just two blocks from the beach and a short walk from Coligny Plaza Shopping Center, which offers over 70 shops and dining options. With everything within walking or biking distance, you can park your car and enjoy a carefree vacation.

We love Coligny Villas and this one is the best we have stayed at yet! As always, the grounds and pool are fabulously kept and a real treat, but the show stopper for us this year was the beauty of the kitchen in this particular villa. This well equipped kitchen allowed for us to make home cooked meals and great breakfasts for our family. The bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable. The location of the villa is fantastic as it is the closest to the exit and offers an even shorter walk time to the beach. Thanks for a great stay, we look forward to staying here again next year!

Great location

We stay at Coligny Villas every time we come to Hilton Head. It was our first time in this unit. Love that it is tucked away in the corner. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The only downside was there was not a grill on the patio. There was a propane tank but grill was missing. We really enjoy cooking out while on vacation and that was a little disappointing. Otherwise, fantastic stay!

Great location but needs tlc outside

We enjoyed the property and it was updated inside as photos show. It was also in a great location, near the beach, Coligny Plaza, restaurants & shops. Super convenient! However, the floors were dirty & there was sand on the couches. I know its by the beach but it still needs to be cleaned in between guests. The outside of the building also doesn’t match the inside. There were awful caterpillar type bugs all over the entrance, the trees are overgrown so the very sticky bugs fell all over our car along with other tree droppings, making us need a car wash. And the outside of the building was so outdated; we could hardly open the sliding doors in the bedroom. The table & chairs in the back was also filthy. Lastly, the property management company emailed us to check in after 4:30pm. However, you need to check in by 5pm. We found out at check-in that you can check in earlier. The lady there said they didn’t say that in the email & I was wrong. It clearly stated that & we tried to make the best of the day instead of being able to check in.

Great corner property

This condo/villa was #1, on the corner, which was nice. The kitchen area is small, not room for much more than one person to be cooking at once. Some bar stools would be nice to have for extra seating. The villa was very nicely decorated. The sliding glass door off the master bedroom needs replaced, it is very hard to open/close and gets off the track. The walk to the beach was about a half mile, a little longer than I would have liked while having to carry beach chairs and everything. Location other than that was great, walking distance to grocery, shops and several restaurants.

Great condo in a perfect location

Condo was clean, very cozy. Love the layout, my son’s room across the hall from Master. Good size , clean pool was steps away. Quiet off the street location. 10 minute walk to beach. 5 minute walk to coffee shops, grocery and souvenir shops and restaurants. Would recommend and stay again!

The condo was not clean

The floor was full of sand, there was trash under the master bed, the closet reck was off the hing , the out side grill was not clean , the dishwasher put it brown stuff on the dishes , there were no kitchen trash bag., the patio was a mess and table . Had to clean it just to sit out side and wash by hand some dishes . I contact the office and was told would get back with us but we are home know and still no word from any one . The condo didn’t even smell clean .

This is our first time renting a place to stay while on vacation. We loved your place! Very clean. Homey and very pretty decorated. As family we decided to skip one day at the beach to enjoy the place to read and rest.

Nice property and location

The property was very nice and as pictured on the site. It was within walking distance of a lot a things to do: Coligny Plaza, the beach, and trails. When we arrived and went in right after the cleaning people had left, the floors were very dirty. Management did send someone to sweep and mop. Also, the ad says there is a gas grill which there is but only able to be used if you are one of the lucky ones that gets there after the person before you was there to fill the propane tank. We were going to grill the first day we got there and it was out of propane. When I called to see if we could get a full tank, I was told it was our responsiblity to fill it if we wanted to use it. Probably shouldn't list this in the amenities if it is not usable.

Coligny Villa 1

This villa was very nice and updated. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, plans and dishes. The swimming pool was very nice and had plenty of seating. Just a couple blocks to the beach and close to Coligny. We had a great time during our week stay.

Great find!

We accidentally came across this villa after a reservation was cancelled last minute by another host/rental co. It ended up being the perfect spot for us. Convenient location on and off the island and easy short walk to the beach. We much prefer smaller properties with fewer vacation renters so this was perfect for us.

Enjoyed our stay

Good location. We could walk to restaurants, shopping center, grocery store and the beach was also within walking distance (less than a 10 min walk). There were free trolleys available in the area also, which we only used once (we tipped them) The villa was cute, comfortable and had everything we needed. Pool was nice. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Awesome I would do it again

Everything in the post was 100% accurate we were right next to a piggy wiggy and a 5 min walk from the beach the condo was clean and everything was is good shape.
