This beautifully appointed 1-bedroom, 1-bath villa is just steps from the beach and offers stunning ocean views from both the living area and balcony. Located just one unit from the direct oceanfront, you'll enjoy the perfect blend of comfort and coastal charm.

The villa features a sleek kitchenette with modern stainless steel appliances, including a smooth-top range, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator with ice maker. The stylish Cherry Bordeaux cabinets, granite countertops, undermount sink.

The bathroom has been thoughtfully remodeled with a walnut vanity, granite top, and walk-in shower

The bedroom is outfitted with a plush King-size Stearns & Foster Estate mattress and a spacious chest of drawers. Throughout the villa, you'll find elegant wood-look tile flooring.

This condo’s north-facing orientation allows you to enjoy beautiful sunrises while avoiding the harsh afternoon sun. A unique feature of this villa is its dual-zone climate control, ensuring optimal comfort with separate systems for the living area and bedroom.

The villa accommodates up to 4 guests with a King-size bed in the bedroom and a Queen-size sofa bed in the living room.

Located in the heart of Hilton Head Island’s South Forest Beach, Seaside Villas offers direct beach access (no street crossings required), a refreshing pool, BBQ grills, beach showers, and a sun deck for your enjoyment.

The complex is less than a half mile from Coligny Plaza with many shops and restaurants!

Seaside Villas offers convenient coin-operated laundry facilities on each floor of the building.

Please note, there is a 3-night minimum stay.

Great Condo - Perfect for Two!

We stayed at a condo at Seaside Villas and it was perfect. It looked like the pictures! It was tastefully decorated. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of drawer and closet space. There was a large sofa and chair in the living room. The kitchen had everything needed. We will definitely stay here again!

South Forest Beach Gem!

This is our second time to stay at this property and, again, it was delightful! The location is perfection and this condo was a gem! It has been tastefully updated and was the perfect getaway for my husband and I. We love being steps from the beach and Coligny Plaza. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks for the memories!

Girls' weekend get away

The property was perfect. Very clean and fantastic location. Could see ocean from balcony and short walk to beach. Check in was very easy and just a really nice small condo....perfect for two. One of us slept on the sofa sleeper and it was actually pretty comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Perfect condo!

Precious perfectly clean condo! Perfect for my husband and I with our 1 year old. Bed was SO comfy. Only complaint was the bathtub drain does not clog so that you can give the baby a bath. Otherwise we can’t wait to stay again

Great location, cleaning poor

The location was awesome - right off the beach! We had a late arrival, so we talked with the property manager and they sent us directions to their office to get the key/etc. for the unit. However, they neglected to advise the address and how to get to the rental place, fortunately we figured that out. The property looked clean, however my daughter's socks were black shortly after taking her shoes off. There was also food on the kitchen utensils and the fold out couch was dirty when we unfolded it. We called asking for another soap container (one for the kitchen sink) and a few more towels (only had 4) and were told they only start us with the basics, we have to purchase after that and do laundry for the towels. I get that, but would have also liked to wash our hands in the kitchen, not just in the bathroom. Before leaving, we also had to take out the trash, do the dishes, strip the beds and leave all dirty towels, sheets in the bathroom. What is the cleaning service doing if the place is not clean?

Hilton Head is a great area and the location of the property was excellent.

Only negative was the location of the "bedroom" as soon as you open the door with no way to separate the bedroom from the rest of the unit. We couldn't imagine having more than two people in the unit.

Excellent unit

This unit was great. Updated appliances, ocean view, best part was 2 air conditioner units. I have stayed in another unit at Seaside Villas and sleeping was miserable because bedroom was so hot. I would definitely stay here again! Restaurants are close as well some walking distance

Seaside Villa is a well Kept Secret

Great stay, this is the 3rd time my wife and I have used Seaside Villa. The units are a little small but very cozy, very well equipped, kitchens well stocked, and the unit very clean. Each time there's been a different owner (and slight difference in the units) but the end result is the same. Also the location directly on the beach (also a short walk to Coligny Beach and Plaza) make it an excellent location. The units are well priced not to break the bank. We'll continue to use this property in the future.

Great getaway condo

Excellent communication from beginning to end. Everything worked out great. The weather cooperated for the most part. The sunrise was the best part. Very close (walking distance) to Coligny shops and restaurants. If you walk at night I would suggest a flashlight. Crosswalks and sidewalks are not lit at all. Not really an issue but if you have little ones or elderly. Mary was very helpful. The condo was super clean. Would definitely return. The welcome bucket and a few bottled waters was a delightful touch. Thank you Mary.

South Forest Beach Condo

Wonderful Stay

We had such a wonderful stay at this property. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We especially liked that it had a keypad entry and we didn’t have to worry about keeping track of a key. Mary was great and kept in contact if we needed anything. Will definitely be back in the future!
