La ropa de cama de esta villa consta de una almohada, una cama King en el dormitorio principal, dos camas individuales en el dormitorio de invitados y un sofá cama tamaño queen en la sala de estar. Hay tres televisores de pantalla plana (sala de estar, dormitorio principal y segundo dormitorio). WIFI está disponible. Hay un balcón privado en el dormitorio principal y en la sala de estar con vistas a la playa y a la piscina, para disfrutar de los hermosos amaneceres y puestas de sol. Excellent location, we could walk to all the restaurants and shops. Exterior of builing & pool well maintained and the inside was exactly as described. It was nice to see lots of hooks up (to hang all the bathing suits and towels) and all the extra towels that was supplied. Everything was clean and kitchen was well stocked. View from the balcony was perfect!

2nd time here!

This is our 2nd year in a row staying here and it truly feels like our home away from home. Like last years review- pros are the proximity to everything, cleanliness of the room, the beds are really comfortable, we like how small and safe the complex is. It is within walking distance to Coligny plaza Cons are still the size of the master bath… the shower in the master bath is very very small and dated. Obviously the cons were not deal breakers for us with us coming back again though. We also are planning on seeing you all again next year!!!!

Great place

We had a wonderful time staying in Hilton Head. This specific property we did not stay at because there was a problem with the air conditioning unit. The real estate company provided us with a different property down the street at no extra cost. Both locations were close to the beach, shopping, parks and other amenities.

Very nice ocean side condo

The property was second floor but had the convenience of an elevator when needed. The first week at the property went without any hitches. We did find out after arrival that the pool is NOT heated and was too cold to even wade in. Maybe that needs to be added to the listing along with info that the washer and dryer are not in the unit, but on floors 1 and 3.On the 6th day the air conditioning failed completely. I was able to contact the property manager and they sent multiple people out to finally end with the AC could not be fixed. The rest of the week was miserable because it got hot and humid. The property manager did send over fans for us to use and offered to move us to a different property, but farther away from Coligny than we wanted to be.We all understood this is nothing that can be foreseen as going to happen, and cannot take away as a negative to the property.All in all, loved the location, proximity to Coligny and access to the beach!!

The best views and location

This Villa was truly the best location! We enjoyed the convenience of having the small, private pool and the beach within steps AND, there was pool, beach gear in the hall closet, which I was not expecting. We were close enough to walk to all the shops, restaurants at Coligny Plaza, which was a bonus! I appreciated the gated parking area, which felt secure and safe. The Villa is on the smaller side and was cozy and quiet for myself and adult daughter who did not spend a great deal of time in the unit. The only downside was the master bedroom bath is ridiculously small. I had to use the other bathroom to shower. The space overall is small, so not sure how this could be modified.

Cozy, Clean, felt like Home Away from Home

This has been the best week!! My girls are asking to come back and stay here next year! I always like to list pros and cons to make for easy reading for others that are thinking about staying here so here goes Pros- 1. So safe and kid friendly 2. Perfect for couples or families with small children 3. The CLEANEST condo I have ever been in.. I am a stickler for this.. and have been known to reclean the entire condo but honestly I didn’t have to do that here…. the inside of the refrigerator even smelled like bleach. 4. Close enough to be able to walk to the park, restaurants, etc. but far enough that you didn’t have to try and find a spot on the beach by the public beach access area 5. Daily cleanings on the pool Cons- 1. This is just me and not a deal breaker.. but I do wish it had a washing machine and dryer inside the actual condo.. 2. Master bath was tiny house size.. but again not a deal breaker because we loved the condo.. we just mainly used the hallway bathroom to get ready Overall… I highly recommend this property! And vacation time rentals was very easy and helpful to work with. We will be back!

Great location and place but the construction next store impacted our stay

Overall the stay could have been fantastic but suffered due to the extremly loud construction next door. It was loud grinding noise which prevented us from using the outside area including the patio. This went on over the weekend as well. While I understand there is no control over construction next store, they must have known it was going on as it was a major update. It should have been disclosed and they should have reduced our cost given the price we paid and we picked the place in order to sit outside and enjoy the ocean noises.

Great condo with view of beach

We have stayed beachside at Beechwood Place several times over the years. This unit is by far the best one to date. Although the condos are laid out the same, this owner was smart with selection and positioning of couches and tables so that the unit felt updated, fresh and more spacious.

Amazing views & location

We had a great time staying on this property! It was impeccably clean which it what matters most to us. Very comfortable beds & nice linens! Our only disappointment were the beach chairs. They are worse for the wear, one very rusty that ended up on our beach towels. The proximity to the shopping & the beach bars in the immediate area was awesome!! Other than the chairs, we had a very enjoyable stay!! Thank you!!

Wonderful week in Hilton Head

This condo is in a perfect location to the pool, beach, shopping and eating. Everything you needed was there. Nice furnishings and liked that it was gated. We would definitely stay here again.

Favorite!

This is our favorite place to stay! We will probably never stay anywhere else! We love the condo and location! It’s comfortable for our little family! Perfect distance from everything and private beach entrance and pool! This is our second year in the same room! Our living room air conditioner was not working but the other rooms were working fine and fans helped keep it cool so it did not hinder our vacation and we had a kiddo stay in there on the sleeper sofa. Again, we love this place so much and any time I’ve had to speak to someone the are all so polite.

Beach vacation

We had a great vacation in this rental. When we first arrived the floors were sandy and not cleaned well. I contacted the property management and they sent someone out to clean right away while we went down to the beach. They were very responsive. We also had the air conditioner go out one day, and they had someone out that same afternoon to fix it. The location was perfect: very close to Coligny plaza and Celebrations Park, and the view from inside and on the balcony was beautiful. We liked that the complex was quiet at night, there were no loud people keeping our child awake at night as we have experienced at other places. We would definitely stay here again.

Super Clean!

First impression? Clean clean clean! Large bed was comfy. Twin beds not so much. Sofa comfy...side chairs, not so much. Excellent location. Short walk to beach. Nice clean property.

Spring Break 2022

Easy booking and check in. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pictures are outdated, rooms and TV’s have been upgraded. Easy access to beach and pool. Planning on booking again for future vacations.
