This property is just steps away from the beach with a BEAUTIFUL OCEAN VIEW. Entire unit has been updated, to include a gorgeous new kitchen, bathrooms, freshly painted, brand new flooring throughout, and newly furnished. Enjoy the large porch while you sit and listen to the ocean waves as the sunrises each morning while sipping your morning coffee. Come check out our listing, you won't be disappointed.

Our villa has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, along with an air mattress and pack n play for the little ones. The Master bedroom has a King-sized bed, while the other bedroom has two sets of bunk beds to total one full bed and three twin beds. There is a queen-sized air mattress to set up in the family room if extra space is needed. This villa can accommodate up to 9 guests, however, it is only 1000 square feet, and will be a tight stay with 9.

Located at the Hilton Head Island Beach and Tennis Resort, our villa is conveniently located in the heart of the Island and overlooks the OCEAN and BEACH, all just steps away! Free day time TENNIS is available at the Resort's eight lighted courts, plus there is a free EXERCISE FACILITY for guests to enjoy. There is a newly re-modeled SPORTS BAR ON-SITE, a great place to grab wings, pizza (the best pizza we have found on the island and they deliver to your villa), a sandwich or a full dinner and watch a game on any one of the sixteen 32” HD TVs or two 90” HD projection screens.

There is championship GOLF available at any one of the twelve public courses on the Island and many more within a few miles just off the Island! Golf Digest recently named Hilton Head Island #10 on the list of World's best golf destinations.

The resort offers bike rentals and there are also multiple bike companies that will deliver right to you. The island has miles upon miles of trails to explore, while you safely ride along with your family.

A shopper's paradise, outlet stores galore, championship golf everywhere, great tennis, great restaurants, beach, ocean, pool, just a fabulous place to vacation, what more could you ask for! Relax, bring your kids and enjoy everything that Hilton Head Island has to offer, regarded as one of the top resort destinations in the world! Located just 45 and 95 miles respectively from historical Savannah, Georgia and Charleston, South Carolina.

The location was great and the condo was clean and had everything we needed as a family. If I’m being honest, I have to say the host wasn’t that great on getting our check-in rules to me. I had to make a phone call to her when we got there. We had no way of getting into the location. I did call her and she did have to call the front desk to give us the info to get into the place.

Perfect family vaca!

We love the HHIB&T and this unit is stunning. Very nicely appointed and clean. Had everything we needed. Bonus was having the double bunk room - perfect for our 3 kiddos! Will book again!!

Perfect for our party of 8!

This is the best two-bedroom we’ve rented in Admiral’s Row. The beds were comfortable and the large dining table was perfect for meals together. We would definitely book again. Jaimie was great to work with and very responsive.

The property was just as described. Jaime was very accommodating and easy to work with. We had to reschedule our first fist to the property and Jaime accommodated our request. The property is steps away from the beach. Will definitely return.

Fantastic proximity to beach, pool and restaurants

Great location and proximity to the beach. Perfect for families with young kids. Easy for us to go our to dinner or cook in the unit. Walk to the beach in literally 3 min, which makes traveling with young kids easy. Jamie was fantastic to communicate with, and the unit provided everything we needed to have a fun spring break. Would definitely comeback again. Thank you again for having our family for the week.

2nd Visit to HHI

Condo is exactly as pictured, with a lovely view from the balcony and literally steps from the sand. Offers everything you need for a comfortable stay and fun on the beach. My husband and I preferred to use our own beach chairs, while the condo-provided ones were great for our kids, along with the wagon and toys. Owner was incredibly responsive and quick to help us add an extra night onto our stay. Overall highly recommend!

Re-visit Hilton Head after 55 years.

Wanted to revisit the area after living in this area for 3 years in the late 60's. Shouldn't have been any surprise, but what considerable change! Hard to recognize the landscape...busier for sure, but very manageable. The location of the condo unit is very good! Amenities are excellent. Very easy to walk to the excellent beach! Clean, but in need for some updates. We would stay again!

Great stay

We had a great stay for my daughter’s wedding weekend. The owner was so helpful and made things so easy!!! The reason 3stars for check-in was while picking up parking passes the lady that waited on me was horribly rude. I would 100% recommend this condo to any friends or family traveling to this area.

Location is great for the price. Close to the beach, but farther from the pool if you are wanting to be closer to the pool. Living room furniture needs a deep cleaning. Recommend taking your own beach chairs. Chairs provided are small and do not recline. Would consider staying again for weekend.

Adorable Condo

The Condo is adorable. The images online make it look a bit larger than it actually is but that was ok for our group. The room with the 4 bunk beds worked for 4 teen girls, the only thing the girls would have like would have been a dresser or closet. There was a shelf that could place some things on but they didn't have a chance to unpack their clothes. The master bedroom was really nice with an ensuite bathroom. There was a large dresser and lots of room in the closet, the bed was very comfortable, firm mattress, comfortable pillows and overhead fan. The kitchen was spacious there, the fridge has ice and filtered water which was nice, large dishwasher and we were provided with dish soap, sponges, towels and even washing machine pods (though we did not use the washing machine that was available across the hall). Cute living room, they have puzzles and some games if you are interested. Patio is spacious, the host provides a wagon and beach chairs, there are other items that other guests have left for "communal" use, beach toys etc. which you can use if you'd like. Nice large kitchen table. The beach is a 2-minute walk from Admirals' row. It was so convenient to just walk down the stairs or take the elevator and be on the beach right away. Host was available and receptive to a few questions that came up during our stay, very friendly and timely responses.

This property exceeded our expectations! The condo is right next to the beach - a quick few minute walk. The property has showers right off the boardwalk, which was nice. The condo has beach chairs, a wagon, a beach tent, and beach toys - wonderful! The property has 2 community pools, one of which has a restaurant and bar.

Small Condo

This property advertised that it accommodated 9 people. It absolutely did not! In order to sleep 9 people 2 people would have to sleep on a coach (NOT A PULLOUT couch, just a regular smallish couch with a foot rest! The bunkbeds creeped terribly. Kept people crammed into the room awake. Poor sleep. Wish they would have just listed it as a 5 person accommodation, then we would have known not to book this property.
