  • Esta villa frente al mar, muy bien decorado tiene una vista directa al mar en línea recta. La villa tiene dos dormitorios, dos baños, una cocina de tamaño completo y una zona de salón combinado / comedor. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size, el segundo dormitorio un par de camas gemelas y hay un sofá cama tamaño queen en la sala de estar. Hay nuevos televisores de pantalla plana de 32 ", uno en la sala de estar y otro en el dormitorio principal. El balcón de la sala de estar tiene una vista directa al mar. Ocean Dunes está situado en el extremo sur de la isla a lo largo de South Forest Beach Drive, a poca distancia de Coligny Plaza y el parque de la playa de Coligny. Cada unidad en Ocean Dunes cuenta con servicio de internet inalámbrico y acceso a la piscina frente al mar y área de pícnic. Nuestros huéspedes Ocean Dunes también tienen acceso al Club Fitness Center del jugador que tiene un centro de entrenamiento completo y una piscina cubierta climatizada. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Management was very helpful and accommodating. Place was clean and as pictured. Starter packs of toilet paper, dish soap and laundry soap were helpful. Short walk to the beach and gated pool area. Lacks a place to hang swimsuits and towels so be prepared for that. Kitchen is supplied with lots of plates cups etc but only a handful of pots and pants. No pans for the oven and no oven mitts (so if you cook be prepared). Quite complex and never heard neighbors which was great. Worked great for our family of four (2 teenagers)

The unit was very clean but could use a little tune up with details like new couch cushions, fixing the exterior light dangling on the balcony & a fresh coat of paint. However, all can be overlooked with the view. My only mention would be having access to a super on site that could address obnoxious guests. Kids running the exterior halls after 10pm and adults with music speakers at the pool were unacceptable. Luckily we could get to the beach easily to escape them or enjoy Hilton Head at large. I would stay again, however.☺️

Ocean front is the best experience. The kitchen was very nice and there were enough dishes etc as we eat in often to maximize beach time and time on the balcony. Will definitely stay in this unit again.

Never rent Unit 316!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For about 18 years, we have vacationed at Ocean Dunes several times a year. June 4, we took our 4 teenaged grandchildren for a fun week expecting unit 316 to be clean and be beachy and have the basic amenities we’ve enjoyed in other units. The dishwasher was disgusting with mold and mildew! We hand washed dishes. The refrigerator was dirty inside. The ice maker was broken requiring ice trays which took up space needed for frozen items. There were no linens for the sofa bed. The master bathroom had inadequate storage. The bed was very uncomfortable. The carpet on the balcony was torn and dirty. We were embarrassed after we had told our grands what a great condo we had leased for their “cousins” vacation!

We had a minor maintenance issue upon arrival and the VTHHI team responded quickly. I am disappointed they they still use hardware keys on the door, most units have keyless entry, which allows remote check in. We will continue to rent from VTHHI for our vacations.

Everything is old and outdated. The cable tv's would not work correctly, the sink in the shower kept clogging and we could not use, the bed spreads were dirty and musty, and when you walked on the floor bare foot your feet would turn black!! Most importantly, the A/C was loud and extremely OLD. The condo complex is in dire need of repairs and updates!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great vacation with this Condo Unit. The location is perfect! Away from the tourist plaza which gets very busy yet close enough to bike/walk to the shops if needed. The condo was as pictured. The view is worth it!! We had a few issues but nothing that would stop me from booking again. You are only provided very few kitchen towels which was a big deal since we cooked many of our meals. But it had every appliance you would need. No beach/pool towels are provided. Not enough dish soap/dishwasher soap was provided. Toliet paper was limit for the 5 of us, we just had enough. The shower drain in the guest bathroom was clogged when we arrived on Saturday, we were able to plunge it since property mgmt was not open. Both shower door areas need to be upgraded as it was not the cleanest looking. The beach chair needs to be thrown away as it is all rusty and is going to break any day. We could not get the TVs to work in either bedroom, I would suggest a guide since there are two remotes. The living room remotes were hard to get to work. But was okay since we were not there to watch TV. Again, overall great condo but a few things could be done to make it spectacular.

The outside of the building and grounds are well kept and you can't beat the location.Over the last few years we have rented three other units in this building whose owners took pride in their rentals. Unit 316 can only be described as "neglected".The rental agent had to remedy several issues--no blanket, no safety latch on the door, insufficient silverware, no frying pan, no light over the stove.The refrigerator was missing a drawer and a shelf. The master bedroom closet had a pile of tiles on the floor rendering it useless. Several small appliances have seen better days.
