This seaside retreat is the perfect vacation rental for a large group or families vacationing together! This beautiful beach home offers 6 spacious bedrooms decorated in vibrant designer cottage colors, new furniture, and the largest private pool and decking on the block. An easy stroll down the picturesque boardwalk to the beach (4-5 minute walk) makes this house the perfect choice for your next vacation. We are exactly .2 miles from the front door to the sand.

Our home is conveniently located in the middle of the island, between Palmetto Dunes Resort and Folly Field, just down from the Westin Hilton Head Resort and Spa. 37 Bradley Beach Road is situated just a few houses away from one of the Island's main beach areas complete with bathroom facilities, a playground, cookout/picnic area and a super nice boardwalk to the beach. Within minutes of stepping out of the house, you can be enjoying the Island's white sandy beaches and soaking up the sun. Only a 4-5 minute walk from the front door to the sand!

We are within walking distance of the town's newest and biggest park, CHAPLIN PARK. Here you will find nice basketball courts, lighted tennis courts, soccer and baseball fields, large shaded children's playground, walking/biking trails and even a fenced in doggy park.....all FREE of charge! Bradley Beach is centrally located, only a short drive away or bike ride from Hilton Head's best shopping, dining and our world-famous golf courses. Fun family style activities like miniature golf and an arcade are also nearby.

Should you want to spend your time relaxing at the house, our home’s private pool retreat with expansive decking and forest surrounding the backyard is the jewel in this home's crown. The large deck and pool area is where you may want to spend a lot of time whether it's grilling on the gas grill or just lounging poolside with a tropical drink. We have the largest decking and pool on the block!

Our beautiful home has hardwood floors throughout, new furniture, and has been designed with your comfort in mind. The home has the following accommodations:

- 6 bedrooms, 2 of which are master suites
- One king bedroom, four queen bedrooms, and one bedroom with a queen bed and a set of bunkbeds (2 twins). There is also a small floor mattress in the downstairs master that can be used for a toddler or child.
- Oversized shower and jetted tub
- Largest pool on the block
- Fantastic spacious private decking
- Kitchen with 4 top and bar seating, dining room, and outdoor meal seating.
- Fully stocked kitchen

It's an easy short 0.2-mile walk to the beach. You don't have to cross the street! Just take a left out the front door, pass three houses, then walk through the beach/neighborhood common area (parking, bathrooms, showers, playground) and onto the nice boardwalk to the sand!

HEATED POOL- Heating is $350 for stays 7 nights or fewer. Pool heating is an excellent choice in the spring, fall, or even summer, but please note that pool heaters do not work very well when it is very cold outside (in the 40's and below). If you'd like to have the pool heated during your stay, please let us know at least 10 days in advance.

Great place for the whole family

This house had ample room for our whole family and even had a pack n play for my 15 month old to sleep in. The pool is a great size for just hanging out in or for the kids to play. Lots of beach and pool toys are available for littles (and big floats and noodles for adults). The patio includes a large Blackstone grill which was great for feeding the whole group. Just be sure to bring extra paper products (TP, paper towels, and garbage bags) as there is no extras in the house. Angie was quick to respond to everything and was a great host!

Wonderful family stay!

We booked this house for 5 adults and 5 children with ages ranging from age 5 to 49 and the house was perfect! Angie was wonderful to work with and the location couldn’t be beat. The heated pool was the perfect addition for the kids and there was plenty of room so you don’t feel on top of each other. Will definitely stay here again.

Great stay

There were 9 of us; 6 adults, 3 teenagers and the house was perfect for us. Close to the beach as well as to grocery stores, etc. Paying for the pool heat was awesome as it was a perfect temperature. Angie was quick to answer any communications. The back deck looks at a small woods that has deer & a ton of birds. Would highly recommend this property.

Great property for family vacation.

We rented this property for a Thanksgiving family get together. It was perfect for us. Plenty of bedrooms, nicely furnished. 4.5 bathrooms with plenty of towels. The kitchen has everything and more that you need. Plenty of seating for dining am watching tv or playing the large supply of board games. The WiFi was great as was cell service. The pool is very large and well maintained. Beach toys, chairs, and wagons are available for the quick walk to the beach. Nice location, close to grocery, shopping and activities for children (and adults). The owneer is ver accessible for questions. We had a wonderful time!

Fall vacation

Perfect house for our family. We enjoyed our stay and the beach was a close walk. The kids enjoyed the heated pool at the end of the day. I would definitely rent this house again. Check in was very easy and home owner was available for anything we needed.

Wonderful Home!

We rented this lovely home with 10 long time friends. The house was very clean and accessible to the beach. We rode bikes, relaxed on the beach,played pickleball, went golfing all nearby. The outside deck is large and accommodates a large group. The pool was a great bonus! Angie was very responsive to us from booking to check out. We would love to return!!

Great stay in HHI

Our group (friends for 40+ years) takes an annual girls trip. We chose HHI for our trip this year. The house was very clean, spacious yet cozy, and perfect for 8 of us. The pool was big and great. The beach was a very short walk. The kitchen was well stocked. Host reached out beforehand and had all house info to us before it was expected. Five stars all the way ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Besthouseever!!!

This house is your home away from home. Has everything you will need to enjoy your stay. The house is warm and inviting. My family and I had a great time together relaxing around the pool. The kitchen is fully stocked with glasses, utensils and cookware. The beach is just a short walk away. I highly recommend this home.

You Can’t Beat the Location or Amenities

This is our second family getaway here in two years! There were so many reasons to come back, including the layout and cleanliness of the home, its ability to accommodate our large family group, and the easily walkable access to Bradley Beach. It is convenient to the many things that Hilton Head Island has to offer, including a superb French bakery we discovered this year just 2 miles away. It is also such a pleasure interacting with the host, Angie.

Exceeding expectations

We had 13 people in our party and there was plenty of room in this property! The property manager communicated early and often and responded immediately any time we had questions. The house had all the amenities and more! The kitchen was fully stocked with more than enough for the 13 of us, but also had a fully stocked spice cabinet which made it easier for us to shop. The pool was amazing! It was professionally cleaned twice during our stay which was nice! To our surprise, there was a ton of beach supplies, from chairs to wagons, beach toys to pool toys. We were so pleased with the property and the proximity to the beach. We are already talking about booking again at this house!!

Perfect Family Hub

Angie was a great host! She was available via text when we needed her and made sure our stay was AWESOME! The house is so well supplied, with every pool and beach item you could want-boogie boards, beach umbrella, beach chairs, sand toys, floats for the pool. Bed room and baths were plentiful and comfortable. Beautiful deck, grill and outdoor eating areas. We enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay again if we return to Hilton Head!
