Great location near shops, restaurants, beach and bike trails. The view from the condo is amazing, and the beach access was great. The condo was very clean and well stocked. The unit can accommodate 4 people, although it is a bit compact. But it's an excellent value overall, We'd stay there again.

The only thing I would say is we could use more water pressure in the shower. Love that the Tiki bar and the Sandbar right next door. Loved it! Scotty the parking attendant was awesome!

We love the breakers. Only place we stay when we come to the island. The room itself was meh. It needs some TLC and a deep clean. Bathroom door doesn’t close properly and the shower floor is so soft it feels like you’re about to fall through, the rugs are tacky and need thrown out, the pull out bed in the living room needs replaced, the beds itself are the hardest beds I’ve ever slept on. There was sand still on the floors when we got there. The dish washer isn’t bolted in place and the dining table is about to fall apart lol I don’t think the floors have ever been mopped bc our feet and socks turn black. I think it’s just a cleaning problem. Check in and check out was so easy.

The balcony ocean view was fantastic! It was a treat to see the sunrise each morning we were there. The building is older, and the bathroom needs to be updated, but the unit was clean and everything worked. When we arrived, the sliding door to the balcony would not open, but Island Rental fixed it 10 minutes after we called. Excellent onsite maintenance. Overall we had a great stay!

Convenient

Loved not having to drive. We parked the car the day we arrived and never moved until our departure. Restaurants and shopping all within walking distance made for a very enjoyable stay.

We had a very comfortable stay and highly recommend it.

We loved the great view from the balcony and the central location. When we arrive everything was fresh and clean. The Couch was comfortable, and it appeared to be new. We loved the comfy bed.The kitchen was well equipped. We couldn't have been happier with our experience. Glad we chose this property for our beach break over the Christmas holidays.

Beautiful quiet location

Property is near everything! You don't have to drive anywhere. Groceries, restaurants and shopping are all within walking distance. If you want a quiet vacation, Breakers is the place to go. And Security is always helpful if you have any questions.

Nice place, great location a few negatives

The location was great. The beach was excellent. We enjoyed the views and the convenience of the condo. It is small and no more than two adults and one to two small children. The main bedroom bed is very uncomfortable. We almost went out to buy a topper it was that uncomfortable.

Location is everything!

This was a perfect getaway for a small family or couple! Location is PERFECT! Close to everything without feeling too busy. Will visit again if this properly is available. My only critique is the shower curtain liner needs to be changed. It has mold on it and the deck carpet is disintegrating.

Overall this place was great, location was perfect, the condo could use a little renovation, beds and couch could be replaced. A couple of nice bucks hung out the whole week outside our balcony. Would rent again ! The entire condo was a buckeye reunion. “OH". “IO"

Location PERFECT, could use some updates if you care about that sort of thing.

Location is awesome. Walk to everything, shops, groceries, food, bars, beach, just stellar spot. All in all nice place. Says it sleeps 6. The 2 of us felt claustrophobic. I think the worst thing was when we showered, there was a sound coming out of it that sounded like a tea kettle going off at a high boil. Made showers much shorter. But we didn't stay in the room much anyway.

The price for what you get leaves a lot to be desired. This was our 3rd year at the Breakers (each time we’ve stayed at a different condo and we were happy with the other two as they met our needs for those years). This one was by far the most disappointing. Lots of little issues and when I voiced my concern about them, the person who responded said “sorry about that, I’ll let the owner know for future” - they made no effort to correct the situation or offer any type of refund for the inconvenience. The unit was not the cleanest (lots of dust bunnies behind and around furniture) the washer smelled horrible, the sliding screen did not work so we couldn’t keep that open on the cooler rainy days, the fan in the bedroom would not work as the chord was stuck in the motor housing. The bunk beds can absolutely not accommodate two people. The top bunk mattress is so thick that the railing would not hold an adult let alone a child. That being said, this is not a 6 person condo and we had to adjust sleeping arrangements because of it which was not ideal. I never leave reviews in the negative aspect, just want others to be aware. Maybe reach out to the owner first to see if these issues have been addressed. Happy travels!

First visit to Hilton Head!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We found it to be very clean, and a great location!We had concerns after reading reviews from other guests regarding the condition of the refrigerator/freezer not being cold enough, but were very pleased to find a new unit which worked beautifully! Plenty of new cookware and small appliances, all which made our stay pleasant!Not all guests observed the posted "quiet hours" and being 4th of July weekend there were late night fireworks that were very loud and awoke many guests. Disappointed that the sliding screen was not in working order, but the glass slider worked stiffly.Overall, our stay was wonderful.

Loved our stay

This condo was perfect for my little family. It was so close to all the shops and restaurants we barely got in the car. It was a very short walk to the beach which is a huge plus with a toddler. Very clean and up to date. Loved that it came with chairs, an umbrella and boogie board. Wonderful view on the 3rd floor. The location itself is worth everything. We loved our stay and plan to return in the future Only Cons: balcony was soft as others mentioned in reviews making me nervous with a toddler, bed wasn’t comfortable, didn’t have many supplies. Make sure to buy extra supplies such as toliet paper, trash bags, detergent, etc. It came with 1 extra set of sheets and plenty of towels for the week.
