Newly renovated. Bring your family to relax and enjoy the beach with peace of mind. Tastefully decorated with tile floors throughout. Fully equipped kitchen -- granite countertops, stainless steel appliances -- with everything you need! The two bathrooms contain vanities with granite countertops. The master bath is equipped with an oversized walk-in shower for added convenience. The guest bedroom contains both double and twin platform beds. Smart TVs in the main living space and both bedrooms. Wi-fi is available free of charge.

Our building is equipped with an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, WiFi café, jogging track and workout facility. Enjoy this, and everything else HH Resorts has to offer; including, our gated property with 24 hour security, two restaurants, six lighted tennis courts, indoor pool, two outdoor pools and shuttle service to our nearly private beach!

Great location. The property was fine. Not a lot of bells and whistles and not very cozy. Uncomfortable bed. Decent for the money. We would’ve appreciated supplies for the beach, a full length mirror.

The unit was not freshly cleaned. The bedding did not smell washed and there was hair on the master bed sheets. Getting into a bed with used sheets is disgusting! The master shower had multiple strands of hair stuck on the wall tile at head level. The pots were cheap and food burned at the bottom of the pots, which was a chore to clean, especially when the only sponge and cleaning dish towel was old and gross. Up under the lower kitchen cabinets was filthy, like it had never been cleaned.The bathroom towels were scratchy like sandpaper. Not pleasant on a little bit of sun burned skin. There needed to be more large bath towels because there is limited space to hang them to dry.And ladies with long hair use two towels.The TV's in the bedrooms do not work. No ceiling fan in the second bedroom, needs one.There was surface sand through out the unit when we arrived, we had to sweep the whole unit. It would have been nice to have some shelves to put items on, like on the small wall next to the front door. The couch ottoman stuck out into the path of traffic and we were always afraid that it would get scratched by our beach wagon. I would remove it because it serves no purpose.The snack basket and starter paper products were appreciated. A return booking is unlikely.

Pleasant Stay with Teens

Overall it was a very pleasant stay. It is great if you have kids or teenagers, as it looks directly down onto the indoor pool. If you are looking for a quiet getaway with a scenic view from the room, it may not fit the bill. The walk to the beach was reasonable and enjoyable - a lot of scenery along the boardwalk!

Neat little place

Nice remodeled unit. Pretty sure everything in there is brand new. I would definitely stay there again. Two things to note: there is No washer/dryer in the unit (there is a laundry room on a different floor). So bring plenty of towels/washcloths. Also the wagon for pulling stuff to the beach has seen better days. The kids nicknamed it "Crusty Rusty". It still worked great.

We really enjoyed our most recent stay at this property. The cleanliness, space, and the amenities were terrific! I highly recommend this property if you would like to relax in a modern up to date space. Your stay at this property will lave you in aww. The atmosphere is cozy and comfortable! Highly recommend.

The condo looked just like the pictures advertised. It was everything I could hope for and more. We really enjoyed our stay and I loved the easy access to the beach. I would highly recommend this condo. We will definitely be back!

Nice Condo, Budget Friendly

This condo had everything we needed to make our stay pleasant. You can tell the owners did their best to refresh the older property and they did a good job. Communication was good and owners were pleasant to work with. The description of the property is as described. The boardwalk to the beach is nice as you get to see the wildlife, but yes it is a walk. It was not a problem for our family. They do have a shuttle that runs throughout the day if you cannot walk long distances. There were some broken items (kitchen fan globe, kids room closet door and paint scraped off the kids room wall) but that is not the fault of the owners and did not hinder our stay. Cleanliness was good for what you could see. We did find pieces of broken glass from the globe while sweeping by the fridge and a piece of pizza left behind the sofa. Again, not the fault of the owners. You do hear the fun coming from the indoor pool but it is not overwhelming and stops by 11 PM. It is within distance to everything fun in HHI. The beach is not overcrowded and Cocos close by is a big plus. Overall this was a nice stay and I would recommend this property for those traveling on a budget. Thank you Shea and Terrance for sharing your rental with us.

Not what we expected

First off, the property is not what was advertised as listed. The whole resort may be behind the ocean front but you are about a mile and a half from the actual beach. There is LOTS of walking. Also, you are one floor above the indoor pool and hot tub. If you have chidren and don't mind noise until 11 pm, this is wonderful. If you don't have children and prefer solitude.....this is not for you. Also, the balcony you see is overlooking the indoor pool with lots of humidity and chlorine fumes. There were no steak knives, only one frying pan and newly renovated was a little stretch. The dishwasher racks will literaly come out as you open the door, wasnt even leveled. However, there were various spices and a box of sugar in case you forgot yours. On the plus side though, we still had a great time because we made the most of it. The beach was excellent. The property was nice. And communication with the owner was quick and very easy. They were very accomidating and easy to work with. I would still recommend this place, i just think the online ad was misleading.

Great resort wonderful staff

The unit was as described my family and I had a great week at the resort and coco’s on the beach. The cleaning staff could use to pay a bit more attention to detail as far as cleaning under furniture and windowsills however the unit was visually clean everywhere else just needed more precise cleaning done. I would stay in the unit again and recommend to any family or friends. The owners answered all of our questions promptly and were great to deal with.

We enjoyed our stay over all at the Hilton head Island resort however, the master bed in the condo that we stayed at was probably the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept in. It is a platform bed with a very thin mattress and I felt like I was sleeping on the floor didn’t get one good night rest the whole time that we were there.

Owner is Great!

We had another condo booked but it was cancelled on us last minute. Shea was quick to get us into her unit the day we arrived and saved our vacation! This is our 10th time to HHR but the first time in this condo. HHR is a great spot for families of all ages. This condo overlooks the indoor pool and is only one floor up so great if you have kids. The resort is easy to get to and nothing is far on the island. We always rent bikes because the bike baths are amazing. Some people complain about the walk to the beach but the walk along the boardwalk (about 500 steps) is one of our favourite parts. Lots of great restaurants on the island (we added Gruby's NY Deli and Street Meet to our go-to list) along with Guiseppe's and the Sea Shack. Savannah is a great day trip as it's about 45 minutes away.

Perfect New Years Getaway!

I had a blast bringing in the New Year in Hilton Head! The building as well as the unit is exactly as described. The unit was also clean and well equipped with the essentials and amenities. Lastly, communication with the owner and the properties staff was a pleasure. We traveled to Savannah, walked River Street and really enjoyed the atmosphere. I will definitely be back again!
