  • Primera casa oceánica de tercera fila ubicada en Hilton Head Island. Completamente renovado de 3 habitaciones, 2 baños con piscina privada * climatizada. ¡Te encantará esta joya de una casa! La cocina está muy bien equipada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, gabinetes nuevos y encimeras de granito. Fuera de la cocina es un hermoso porche filtrado con un comedor con capacidad para 6 con vistas a la hermosa piscina y la terraza de la piscina. El porche es un ambiente relajante para toda la familia.

    El dormitorio principal está amueblado con cama de matrimonio y baño privado. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen y el tercer dormitorio está amueblado con dos camas individuales. Estas habitaciones comparten un baño. ¡La casa no tiene escaleras y no está elevada, lo cual es una característica única! ¡Esta casa es perfecta para pasar unas vacaciones con niños pequeños! Situado en la hermosa zona de North Forest Beach, esta casa tiene todo lo que necesita para unas increíbles vacaciones en la playa.

Fabulous stay- we rented for 5 weeks- perfect beach location, great backyard for our 2 dogs, bikes and beach chairs provided which was so nice. the kitchen was very well stocked. Very convenient to shops and restaurants. Already booked for next year.

Suoer clean and everything we needed for comfortable stay. Bikes were great and location perfect. Short stroll to beautiful beach and close to many restaurants and shops. Wonderful stay!

Great trip, always an excellent experience in Hilton Head. Home is very clean and comfortable and nice amenities inside. Holly and her team were excellent with communication before and during the stay, especially when the water had been turned off. Only problem we had was with larger animals our golden retrievers there is very little grass and its very sandy, and we had to constantly skim pool daily because of all the debris in pool. Landscaping could be reworked to accommodate better but overall, a great trip.

Winter Getaway

Had not been to Hilton Head and wanted to find a cute place to stay and explore the island. The cottage was perfect - it was the right size, close to the beach and near restaurants and shopping

Home was clean and pet friendly. Backyard was completely fenced and mostly private (other than the few taller houses close by). Very close and easy walk to beach. Access is far enough from main public entrance at Coligny to keep from being too crowded. Backyard could use some tree/limb landscaping and mosquitoes were worst than I’d liked. Mirror was missing in master bathroom and needs to be replaced. AC works great in house, and beds are comfortable. Living room furniture could be updated but it works also. Communication with rental agency was easy with quick responses. Unfortunately, due to a storm on the 2nd night we were in town, we lost internet and TV for almost 48 hours but that’s not the fault of the property managers.

Excellent Stay in Hilton Head

The property and location were both perfect. The property bathrooms could use a little updating, but overall the property was very clean and easy to access and a prime location to and from the beach! We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location

We have stayed in many properties on HHI and we really like the location of the house to Coligny and the beach. Loved the screened-in porch to relax in the evening I don't think our family could say enough about how confortable the beds were.The guest batheoom needs a bit of updating but everything else was great. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect beach vacation with our dogs

The property is ideally located and was perfect for our small family and our two dogs. Just steps from the beach and with a lovely heated pool, we never lacked for a place to swim. The fully fenced yard was the perfect playground for the dogs.

The Vacation Company was on top of everything, communication was wonderful! House was well-equipped and true to listing photos, amenities. Best thing I’d the location- literally steps from the beach.

Perfect Place

We loved the property, its layout and how close it is to the beach. The house is perfect for a family of 4 and we were happy to know that they welcome pets. We enjoyed the backyard, the pool and of course the beach. We loved it so much that we have already rented it again for 2025!

Fantastic!!

Great cozy cottage a stone’s throw from the beach! Clean, well-decorated, had everything we needed! We already booked for the same week next year to celebrate our anniversary again. They even left a box of Milk Bones and a little packet for our doggos! Great stay!

House was within walking distance and close to the beach as well as Coligny plaza. Neighborhood was ideal. House was clean and had all the amenities we needed! Fenced in yard for extra security was a bonus.

Second time stay - Wonderful property close to the beach

This is the second time that we booked this property. It is perfect for us (3 adults and an 8 year-old child). We love that it is really close to the beach so it doesn't take long to get there. The house is great, nice layout, very comfortable, well kept, clean. Nice backyard with a pool for relaxing and enjoy and a great screened porch that allowed us to work a few hours from there while our daughter was having fun at the pool.
