435 Shorewood is a lovely 3 bedroom, 3 bath 4th floor villa offering spectacular direct oceanfront views and a large private balcony! With the length of the balcony encompassing the entire length of the property, it boasts some of the most amazing views from one of the largest outdoor deck areas on Hilton Head Island. Enjoy relaxing on the large balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean with your morning coffee and watching the amazing sunrise.

The kitchen is equipped with with all the necessities, beautiful granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and opens to the dining area that seats six. The living room is light and bright and comfortably furnished which features a large TV and sleeper sofa. The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, en-suite bath and balcony access. The second bedroom has a queen bed and en-suite bath. The third bedroom has two twins and shares the hall bathroom. The Shorewood Complex is in the highly desirable Forest Beach area, and is within walking distance to the must see destination Coligny Plaza which offers over 60 shops and restaurants.

In addition to your bed and bath linen set up, The Vacation Company provides beach towels for your stay. So that is one less thing you need to pack!

We had a fantastic stay! Our group included my husband, our three kids, one of their friends, and my nephew, and the condo was a perfect fit for all of us. The layout worked really well—especially the spacious kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and the separate master suite, which gave us a nice balance of shared space and privacy.Everything was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable, including the beds. We especially loved the large balcony overlooking the pool and beach—it was the perfect spot to relax.The pool and hot tub were both warm and inviting, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The beach was just a short walk over the dunes, and the convenient showers, hose, and foot-washing stations made it easy to rinse off before heading back inside.Overall, a wonderful place for a family getaway—we’d definitely stay here again!

Our family of 6 had a wonderful time at Shorewood. The condo was very clean and well equipped. The view from the balcony was beautiful. We could see dolphins but it was a long distance view. Maybe the owners could provide binoculars? We were walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops. Our favorite was The Sand Bar.

Beach Fun 2025

We had a great stay. The pool was a huge hit for the 3 and 5 year olds. The view from the deck was awesome. We ate all lunches out on the deck. We had fun eating(both in the condo and at restaurants), swimming, playing and the adventure playground where we saw a live alligator in the water.

Good! Our only real issue was that 2 out of 3 toilets were not working well. We had to plunge many times, but it didn't totally resolve the issue. Had to share 1 toilet among 5 people at times. Other than that we had a great time!

Just as described!

The Shorewood is a wonderful place to stay! The description of it is very accurate. This unit is big and roomy, clean and has a beautiful view of the ocean. Lots of kitchen accessories to use. Location is great being walkable to just about everything. The Vacation Company was wonderful to work with and addressed one issue we had in a very timely manner. Our only concern was the mattresses might be needed to be updated but that’s our personal preference. Thank you!

Convenient location, great pool facilities, well maintained

Our unit was clean and well supplied. Beautifully decorated. I love that beach/pool towels were provided so we didn’t have to pack those. Well stocked kitchen. We loved the zero entry pool and kiddie pool for our 2 and 5 year old. Balcony is roomy and well furnished. Great location to ocean front and to coligny. Only con was there is a unit above and the sound proofing is lacking given the tile floors. So we could hear every foot step and even some conversations. We spent most of our time outside, but when it came to evenings and little ones bedtime, I wish it was a bit more quiet. I don’t think it would deter me from staying in this unit again, especially as children got older.

Great view & location, poor management & up keep

Great location, ocean views, and beach access. Perfect for a family of 5 or 6. Rental is a bit in disrepair. We had an unfortunate issue with work being done at the condo complex and were only notified the day before we arrived (no time to change if needed). I came to find out from other condo owners that the work was planned for some time and the property manager/owner would have known about the work when I booked (weeks prior to arrival) but they mentioned nothing about it and notified me only 1 day prior to arrival. They offered nothing and not even an apology. Reading other reviews, this has happened before. Confirm before booking if looking at this rental.

Great vacation!

We always love staying at Shorewood! The location, pool, and beach are great! The condo was super nice, clean, and well supplied with towels, toilet paper, kitchen tools, etc. The only issues we had were the building elevators being out of order and dead batteries in a smoke alarm. The elevators, of course, were not the property owner or managers fault. And when we called the property managers, they contacted the building managers for us to get a crew out to fix it. Our second night, the smoke alarm batteries died in one of the bedrooms, so it was beeping constantly. We called and made the property manager aware and they told us someone would be out to fix it ASAP but we ended up having to call again the next day because no one came out. It sounded like there was just a miscommunication between who was going to come out to fix it but it got remedied. Thank you for a great stay.

Great location on beach, Hugh balcony with ocean view. One negative, Master bath tub/shower is in real need of a makeover, well beyond just a good cleaning. Also, cushions for balcony furniture need to be replaced.

Beach Trip

The unit was very clean. The view was amazing looking out to the ocean. Restaurants and shops are in walking distance an added plus. The only thing negative I could say is that our TV cable box in the living room was not working we did call to fix it but we were checking out the next day . I would stay at Shorewood Villas again.

The place was very nice. Not great bedding.

The property and the condo were both great. The condo very spacious. Although the bedding wasn’t the most comfortable. I would suggest new mattresses and pillows. The pool and hot tub fantastic. And the board walk to the beach very nice. The location was also very good, very convenient to shops either bike riding or walking distance. Sorry they also need a new toaster, But otherwise we thought it was very well stocked.

Great Beach Condo

This spacious condo was perfect for our family vacation. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds are comfy, and the view is gorgeous. Seating is provided on the balcony to enjoy the cooler mornings and evenings, watch waves crash, and observe the pool. There are plenty of restaurants in walking or cycling distance. The AC works extremely well!

Great location and nice space

The location, the pool, the grounds, the space are absolutely a 5 star. There were a couple things that we provided feedback on that would have made the overall experience a 5 star. This property is run by a large management company and their processes are pretty good on notifications, texts, etc. but because they are big I feel like the attention to detail is missing - see examples below. All in all, we would rent again, just would like to see the attention to detail match the price being paid. Examples: Cleaning - my kids lost something which made us look under beds, well one word, disgusting. Food, water bottles, etc. We ran a vacuum cleaner, not a big deal. Pots and Pans - very old, warn out, chipped non stick pans. If you know anything about the dangers on non stick pans...dangerous. We called the management company and they quickly replaced. But question is, why did I have to call? On day of check in they provided the wrong code to get in the gate, we didn't realize it until late (earlier gate was open)when trying to get in after dinner which caused a 20 min delay on getting home.
