2316 Villamare is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom villa located on the third floor of the Villamare Complex in Palmetto Dunes.

This lovely ocean side villa is located in building two with landscape views from the living room and both bedrooms. There is access to the balcony from the living room and the master bedroom. The large, open floor plan has a living room, dining room and fully updated kitchen.

With coastal, stream-lined colors and décor, the living area features a 55" SMART TV, plenty of comfortable seating and a sliding door to the balcony. The sofa is a queen sleeper. The fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar with granite counter tops, front loading washer and dryer and an adjacent dining table that seats 4.

The master bedroom features plank style flooring, a king size bed, 42" Roku TV, private balcony access and newly renovated bathroom with walk-in shower. The guest bedroom is located off the main foyer area and also has plank style flooring, two queen beds, a 46" SMART TV, Blu Ray player and a private balcony. The attached guest bathroom offers a single vanity with granite counter-tops and walk-in shower.

This villa is perfect for families or a weekend getaway for two couples.

Complex amenities include the newly renovated family-friendly pool, sundeck and hot tub area. This project also included the addition of a brand new, adult-only, oceanfront, serenity pool with its own hot tub and sunning deck. Fresh landscaping and pavers have been installed through out these areas, including the gas grilling station and the seasonal fire pit.

Both pools are heated seasonally, March 15th - May 1st and October 15th - December 1st. {These dates are subject to change and out of our control.}
