Disfrute de nuestra villa de 2 dormitorios con hermosas vistas de las calles 11 y 17 del famoso campo de golf George Fazio desde la cubierta ampliada. El acceso a la playa de Palmetto Dunes en Disney Beach House se encuentra a 3 minutos en automóvil o 15 minutos a pie y hay estacionamiento disponible. El acceso a la playa de Palmetto Dunes en Dunes House se encuentra a 5 minutos en auto con estacionamiento disponible. La villa se encuentra a menos de 500 pies de la piscina de agua salada con piscina para bebés y terraza para pescar en la laguna. Hay un muelle para el acceso en kayak al sistema de lagunas de 11 millas. Junto a la zona de la piscina hay tres nuevas canchas de tenis gratuitas para los huéspedes. Inverness es una de las únicas propiedades en Palmetto Dunes con sus propias canchas de tenis.
En el centro de Palmetto Dunes se encuentra Shelter Cove, un barrio frente al mar que ofrece excelentes restaurantes y una gran cantidad de tiendas. El transporte de temporada de cortesía es provisto por Palmetto. "Dunes Buggy" lo recogerá en la villa y lo llevará a cualquier lugar dentro de Palmetto Dunes y Shelter Cove Harbor.

Nuestra villa está equipada con Wi-Fi de alta velocidad y TV HD en las dos habitaciones, así como en la sala de estar. La villa tiene aire acondicionado central con ventiladores de techo en las dos habitaciones para mayor comodidad y duerme siete con el sofá cama. Sala de estar tiene VCR, DVD, reproductor de CD y teléfono. La planta baja tiene una cocina totalmente equipada con encimeras de granito. Hay un lavavajillas, microondas, cafetera, utensilios de cocina y utensilios. Además, hay una nueva lavadora y secadora Maytag Bravos. El comedor tiene capacidad para seis. El dormitorio del primer piso tiene una cama completa con colchón nuevo y una cama individual.
Además, hay un baño completo en el primer piso con bañera / ducha. El segundo piso tiene un dormitorio principal con una cama king size y un baño completo con dos lavabos.

Another great stay

This was our second stay at this property, and was just as great as the first. The villa is really well located and is very comfortable and well maintained. It has everythging that you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Communication with Lisa was great. All of our emails were replied to promptly with the requested information. we highly recommend this property.

Enjoyed our stay in Inverness Village

We will be back to stay in this spacious condo with well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, and great views. We got a lot of use out of the conveniently located pool and tennis courts. It was a nice addition to have beach chairs that we could use and not have to bring our own when we spent our afternoons on the sand. The owners are very communicative and pleasant to work with.

a wonderful stay at this property

We really enjoyed our 3 week stay. The unit was as per the pictures, well equipped and very comfortable. It has a great view across the fairway of the golf course from the patio/deck. Communication with the host was great. We had a couple of minor issues during our stay but both were quickly and efficiently dealt with. So not surprising that we have already booked again for next year!

Great Stay

This condo was perfect for our girls trip. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was great! The location was quiet with a beautiful view of the golf course and only a short walk to the pool. We did use the Dunes Buggy Shuttle and they were always on time and very nice. The owner was easy to reach and communication before our arrival was clear. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks, Lisa!

Bright and clean villa

My family enjoyed our stay on Hilton Head Island. The Villa was very nice and clean just as listed. Kitchen was stocked nicely. The community had great options for restaurants and beaches, all within walking or bike riding distance.

Nice Trip

We had a nice trip and the Owners/Property Managers are very responsive and quick to answer. We normally stay in Coligny and this year we decided to stay in Palmetto Dunes. The location is beautiful but a little further out than we prefer. Loved having the buggy transportation.

Great Villa and great stay

This villa is perfect! It is very clean and well stocked. Lisa was so easy to communicate with prior to and during our stay. We had a great time watching the golfers in the morning while eating our breakfast out on the deck. We rented bikes and rode around at least three times a day. The trees throughout the complex kept us cool even on the hottest days. The beach access is about a mile from the villa. There is not a lot of parking there so if you plan to walk either do not bring a lot of stuff or have a wheeled cart/wagon. I forgot mine so I would drive up and unload everyone/thing, then ride my bike back to the beach which was fine. The beach access is at Disney so there are life guards on the beach which was nice. The pool is very nice. Lots of chairs and chaises and very clean- it's very close to the villa so we just walked there. I would highly recommend this villa!

Wonderful stay in a lovely villa

The villa was spacious, beautiful decorated, can walk or bike to the beach, contained all the amenities we needed, great central location, close to everything and beautiful. Walking, biking, fishing, tennis and golf. The back deck golf views are breathtaking. It is clean, crisp air and nice people everywhere. It is a wonderful and relax stay. Lisa is great for response very quickly on our questions and provide everything we need. We will definitely come back.

Great Stay!

My wife and I are empty nesters and were visiting HHI for the first time, and we couldn't have been more pleased with the villa and the Palmetto Dunes resort in which it sits. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck overlooking the golf course and canal as well as riding our bikes in the resort. We also took advantage of the tennis, pickleball, pool, and beach which were all within a short bike ride. The villa was clean, nicely maintained, and plenty big enough for the both of us. The owners were also very responsive for any questions that we had. We are looking forward to another stay in the near future!

Outstanding getaway

This is a an extremely spacious and comfortable location. Well appointed with all the amenities I wanted - a stocked kitchen, washer dryer, dishwasher, large shower, and a deck with a view. There is no shortage of restaurants nearby or grocery if you prefer to eat in. Did I mention the stocked kitchen? Don't fret about finding a pan, pot, utensil, baking dish or storage container for whatever your needs are. Grilling?. Electric grill outside on the deck. When you plug it in you might need to reset the GFCI on the cord but it works great. The beach is about a 15 minute walk. The deck faces the tee off drop zone for the 11th hole of the Fazio golf course. It was entertaining to watch and analyze the player's shots while we sat out there. We had a very relaxing time and this unit was the perfect place to come back to.

Lovely condo with great golf course views. Easy check in, unit was super clean

Loved the location of the property and the condition. Owners were great. Kitchen was well equipped, The pool was very close by, but overall we loved that we could take a 3 min drive and park right at the beach for simple access. We loved our stay!!

Wonderful property, great location in Palmetto Dunes!

We had such a great time at Lisa and Jim's property in Palmetto Dunes. This was my 1st time with Vrbo and they couldn't have made it any easier. The property had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. I love Palmetto Dunes because the Dune Buggy makes it easy to get around but we enjoyed biking around most of the time. The pool was never overly crowded and we liked having our option of 2 beaches. Palmetto Dunes is great if you have never been to Hilton Head; everything you could possibly need is available from bike rentals, to restaurants and a general store. We give Lisa and Jim's place a A+.

Villa was just as described. Views of the golf course and lagoon are great! Villa is quiet and restful, the owner has fought of everything you need for a relaxing and restful stay. We would definitely stay here again on a return visit.

Winter Getaway

The owners and local manager of this villa are fantastic, easy to deal with and very understanding. Best experience we have had when renting on HHI. We had a great vacation in this villa. The unit is very comfortable and has a homey feel. The back porch is wonderful with beautiful views of the golf course and surrounding area. The bedrooms were great, comfortable beds and a large walk in closet. The master bathroom’s shower feels great and there are plenty of towels and places to put things. The kitchen is compact and is very functional, as well as, being well supplied with pots and pans and all the necessary utensils. The guest bedroom is very nicely furnished; our guests who slept there commented on the comfort of the room and beds. The WIFI worked flawlessly, and the cable TV performed as expected. This is a very nice villa in a very quiet location.
