Welcome to Sea Pines! This 3000 sqf home was completely gutted and renovated in 2018 with the intention of making this a this a dream home away from home where you can relax and entertain friends and family! I take great pride in sharing my love of Sea Pines with others and have managed rental property for over 20 years. My goal is to create a modern inviting home with all the amenities so you can create amazing memories with your family and friends.

The layout features an open floor plan for entertaining yet privacy for guests. All bedrooms have en-suite baths. There are 2 bedrooms on the main level and 2 upstairs. Panoramic views can be enjoyed in the master bedroom, the great room, the dining area and kitchen. The house features a 3 level deck - perfect for entertaining and enjoying the outdoors. The brand new kitchen expands the entire side of the house with a huge island that seats 8, farm sink, all new Jenn Air appliances.

The home is conveniently located for that perfect vacation get-away in world renowned Sea Pines Resort. A short bike ride (one mile) takes you to Harbor Town Golf Links, the Harbour Town Yacht Club, or the brand new Sea Pines Beach Club (two miles away). This allows visitors to be near it all yet be able to retreat back to a quiet private neighborhood home to relax.

I take great pride in ensuring that our guests fully enjoy their stay. There is nothing worse than renting a vacation home and being disappointed. I use VRBO when I vacation so I truly understand the importance of making a good impression and exceeding expectations.

Great Stay

Extremely friendly check in. House was very clean. Great water views with lots of wildlife. STEVE the alligator would swim by every day at 6 pm for his daily photo shoot. Short bike rides to every where you’d want to visit in the Pines. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing vacation home.

Wonderful spacious home in water

Thank you so much for allowing our family to enjoy your beautiful, spacious, well designed home. we had a great time in Hilton Head, horse back riding, biking, beach and Savannah history. Beach chairs, bikes available for guests were very helpful. The kitchen, island, dining area is so impressive. Recommend this property highly.

Beautiful home and gorgeous views of the lake!We had a great time on the island and at the house! Neighborhood is quiet and lovely to walk/bike around. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked. Wishes we could have stayed longer!

Best location we could have imagined and the house had everything and more. The two car garage was a big win so we didn’t get into steaming hot cars. And great communication! Would return for sure!

This house was perfect for four senior women on a girls trip. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. Jim was around to answer any questions. The location/neighborhood was awesome. Would absolutely go back there again.

Our favorite

We try to get to Hilton Head a couple of times a year. This is the only house we've stayed in for quite some time. It is very peaceful and the view of the lagoon is relaxing. The house has all the amenities we could ever need.

Top notch accommodation

Second time we rented this home. Very pleased with the accommodations. Family room view and sunsets are spectacular. Kitchen arrangements and facilities exceed expectations. Especially appreciated the new tea kettle supplied on request and used every day. Highly recommend this rental.

Amazing!!!!

We were three couples that travel together frequently. This house and location were absolutely perfect. Can’t say enough good things about the fabulous kitchen! Was large, well-stocked, and we spent a lot of time there. The views were sensational over the pond, house in general was perfect. This is a property that we would book again.
