  • Bienvenido a Brigantine Beach Escape! Vida de lujo directa frente al mar en Palmetto Dunes Resort. Si se trata de una pequeña terapia de mareas o de costas bañadas por el sol, las vistas panorámicas sin obstáculos del océano eliminarán rápidamente las tensiones de la rutina diaria. Esta casa privada, espaciosa y decorada profesionalmente con 6 habitaciones / 5 baños se renovó cuidadosamente en 2017. Disfrute de la belleza natural de las islas y de las características aparentemente interminables de esta casa, como la madera de deriva inspirada en el mar y el interior costero con todos los muebles nuevos, duchas de piedra, chimeneas de tabby a la medida, gabinetes de tablas de abalorios, acentos de tableros de nalgas, contraventanas de plantaciones, techos abovedados, guarida de niños , escalera de caracol, suite totalmente privada a nivel del suelo, y más. El diseño abierto es perfecto para reuniones familiares. Y la cubierta de gran tamaño, de varios niveles, tiene vista a la gran piscina climatizada infinita * junto con la famosa avena marina de Hilton Head y los pastos de la playa que se mecen en la suave brisa. Todo esto solo unos pocos pasos de flip flop para que tus dedos estén en la arena blanca y azucarada. A medida que la suave marea sube y baja, el tiempo se detiene y usted está donde necesita estar --- en Brigantine Beach Escape.

Wonderful stay in the most perfect open plan living area go enjoy both the beachfront & the pool. Can’t get any more perfect for a beach vacation with your family! We are planning another stay already.

Beautiful property with plenty of space. We loved how open the living space was. Amazing views of the sunrise from the beach which was seconds away with access from property. Highly recommend!

The view was a little obstructed but very consistent with the picture. The location was great as it was a very short walk to the beach. The pool was great. The house condition and layout were also great. Would definitely stay there again.

Great five star home in a good location. Description of the two queen bedroom downstairs was confusing- suggest that you spell out that there is no way to get from the bedroom to the main house without going outside upstairs to the front door or enter the pool area. The room has no windows other than to the garage and would not be appropriate for small kids

this house was beautiful, clean, easy to access and had anything we could possibly need! I am very particular about where I stay and I would totally consider staying here again it fit all of our family and the pool on the beach was the best. Great breeze great amenities. The only complaint is that there is really no half bath in the main areas other than using the bathrooms that belong to the bedrooms. ( nothing major just the one thing if I had to find a complaint.) the downstairs room was nice, but not as updated as the upstairs however it was clean and accommodating. This was a great family trip and we will definitely be back!

The house and outdoor space are beautiful and well equipped with everything a family needs. We had two families and it worked out great for us. The only thing that was a little tricky was that the four staying in the bunk room had to go into another bedroom to use a bathroom. Not a huge deal with our family but a consideration depending on the group. A spiral staircase was the only way up to the bunkroom but we had older kids with us so it wasn't a problem. The pool was amazing and lots of space to hang out outside and plenty of seating. The extra refrigerator was great to have. It was a perfect place for families to eat together and the view of the ocean was incredible. It was close to tennis courts and the general store and a 5 minute drive to a grocery store. Great location on the island.We would rent the house again!

Spring break

The house and location made for an ideal beach trip for two families of friends with plenty of space to do our own thing, a large kitchen for meal prep, comfortable bedrooms and an amazing beachfront pool. We hope to return.

We have been going to Hilton Head for 30years and this was my favorite house. We always stay beachfront in a home and this was perfect. Great views, wonderful pool, well equipped, clean, comfortable beds, everything you need! I loved the layout for us and our three grown children. The owners have managed to keep it as a traditional HHI house while updating and to feel like a true beach home!

New Years in Hilton Head

This was by far my favorite short term rental property we have ever stayed in. Beautiful furnishings, gorgeous view, amazing location. We would definitely rent this property again!!

Great Beach House

The location is excellent, the property is clean, and the layout of the home is great. My feedback would be that the livingroom furniture wasn't comfortable, and the kitchen could use some serving spoons and the dishwasher left food particles on the dishes.

Ideal home for our family

The house and bedroom layouts were EXACTLY what we look for. Open floor plan with the majority of beds on one floor is great when you have little kids and need to keep an eye out on me. We stay in a lot of houses and it’s nice that every room has a ceiling fan and smart tv set up…that’s rare. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Wonderful Family Get Together

The property was all one could ask for and more. Lovely house, well equiped, great location. Unfortunately, we had to call for repairs three times: separate HVAC unit in bedroom off of garage not functioning, bedtime discovery of a broken bed frame, and half way through our stay A/C stopped functioning on all three units servicing the house. Repair men required each time. Regular maintainence of these units would have avoided the problems. Waiting for repairmen and being sure of repairs was not the way we wanted to spend vacation time. Perhaps better inspection and maintenance is required. And during a bike ride, a pedal fell off.

Great location for the entire family.

This home was just beautiful! The furnishings and hte homes cleanliness was one of our best. We take our grown kids and grandchildren on a beach vacation every year. This was the first year we traveled to HH. (Our last 8 stays were in the Outer Banks). The positives of the home were the location. The beds were all so comfortable. The home was spotless! The A/C was great. Our typical beach homes struggle keeping the home cool. We experienced a very HOT week and the home was super and the A/C never struggled. We had two minor issues that were handled within 30 minutes. I have never seen a company so responsive to our concerns. The pool was refreshing. It was a bit small, but good for our group of 12. The kids loved all of the beach toys and inflatables that we found in the garage. We added a few to the inventory! The negatives are small. The layout may be perfect for many groups. It was just hard for us to have the small children up stairs in the bunk loft and the adults play games below in the kitchen table area. They could not sleep because of the noise. If you have older children, the lower level private room would be good. The pool could use some more umbrellas. This is probably a maintenance problem, but it is so sunny back there that we needed more shade. Lastly, the kitchen had everything but a boil pot. We have a tradition to have a low country boil every year. We worked around it and ordered it delivered instead! Thank you!

Thanksgiving family vacation

Perfect place for our family of 10 with things to do for all 3 generations along with great sleeping arrangements. Can’t beat the view of the dunes and waves looking over the edge less pool. Staff was very attentive and helpful. Kitchen well equipped for cooking Thanksgiving meal. Only suggestion is to replace the primary bedroom mattress which is very saggy and uncomfortable.

Wonderful experience!!

This property had been beautifully renovated since our visit here years ago. There were many thoughtful amenities like the welcome packet and beach towels. Check in and out was seamless via text and email. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!
