"The microwave was nice. There were no exterior plugs to plug in our plug-in hybrid car. There was only one chair, but two of us. The one mattress had a valley-like slope to it. The little table top was separating on the edges.
The key worked consistently well and the WiFi was great. When I walked with my bare feet on the floor, there were little bits that stuck to the bottom of my feet. It was almost impossible for us both to get in and out of either bed, so we had to sleep in separate...

"The only thing good about this place was it had air conditioning. Broken lock on patio door. Could not lock. Air conditioner falling apart with electric wires laying on floor. Coffee pot did not work. Cleaning staff banging on door before check out time. This person spoke no English. "

"This is your basic cheapest room you could possibly get. There was a strange white stain on the chair we stayed in. The shower was not very clean. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The only plus is that the morning Breakfast was really good."

"Room was clean, aside from the floors. They need to implement new mopping policies. The pool was great, with a 2ft pool section for kids. There’s a restaurant next door which was incredibly convenient, food was decent. For the price, this place was perfect for me and my family. I travel alone as a mom with two small children and I felt safe. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Will return!"

"The Inn at Shasta Lake was a quaint bed and breakfast located about 20 minutes outside of Redding. It was quiet and peaceful here. They allow pets in certain rooms which is nice if you're traveling with dogs! I enjoyed how communicative the staff were. If you needed something, you can text a number and they were on it!
