  • Welcome to your home away from home. Our beautifully decorated cabin has a breathtaking view of fields and forest on 80 acres. Fish on a beautiful pond stocked with fish. Relax and watch the sunset from the back porch. A stone fireplace in the living room provides extra warmth and ambience. Stainless steel appliances, log furniture, and beautiful linens add to your experience. Propane grill and tank provided. Owner is easily accessible. There is an additional cabin on the 80 acres about 1/10 miles down the lane back by the woods…Far enough for secluded privacy but close enough to rent two cabins for additional family or friends.

We are repeat guests to this property and the other rental on the same property. As always our stay was perfect. The cabin has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay in a beautiful and peaceful setting. We love enjoying the porch, deck, and chairs out by the pond and firepit. Hosts are very responsive and great to work with. We will be back again!

Beautiful location

It's always absolutely wonderful when we stay here. The cabin is comfortable and cozy with plenty of amenities. Our kids were never bored and our family had a nice mini reunion.

The hosts were so accommodating and friendly! They got us a new propane tank and even gave us cheese because we forgot ours! They were extremely responsive whenever we needed anything as well. The house was cozy, clean and just beautiful. I truly can’t wait to come back! My daughter caught so many fish in their pond and we loved loved going on walks in their woods and on the trails. Such a beautiful property!

Very nice cabin. Clean and has just about everything you would need. The owners are quick to accommodate for any needs that arise and are extremely friendly. Third time staying here and will likely be back when in the area.

This property is so beautiful, it was nice to leave the city and enjoy some solitude. We brought our daughter and our golden and they just loved it. Rebecca and her family were absolutely amazing to work with. We will be back again in the future.

When we want to rest and rejuvenate this is our second home. We come several times a year and every time is amazing. Todd and Rebecca are amazing hosts as well. All you hear is wildlife, no cars, no traffic, just peace and calm.

Relaxing Weekend

We enjoyed a relaxing weekend by sitting on the porch overlooking the pond and viewing various birds, wildflowers, deer, bullfrogs, butterflies, and dragonflies. We visited the Serpent Mound, Sons of Toil Brewing, and ordered pizza from Snappy Tomato. Overall a wonderful weekend getaway!

I highly recommend Hawk's View Farm if you want a place to rest, unwind, and decompress. This is the place for you. I always feel like my strength has been renewed when I return home.

Peaceful

This was our third year at the cabin. It is so relaxing and quiet. We love being away from busy traffic life. We will be back next year,(for our anniversary). The pups enjoyed it to.

Tranquil

The cabin is very tranquil and comfortable. The cabin is clean and cozy. The bed was so soft that one just sinks into drimland rightaway. There is no WYFI but we did not mind since we were very busy visiting the surroundings. We will definetely consider staying at this cabin again.
