"Clean comfortable and delicious breakfast"

"Off the beaten path, but so worth it. This place is absolutely dreamy. We got there a little before 11PM. The property was lit up with white twinkling lights and beautiful landscaping. Checked in at the front desk. We were given our breakfast menus to pick what we wanted for breakfast. Got the keys to our cabin and it was so perfect. Cozy and warm. Slept absolutely amazing. "Stayed for two nights. My room was never cleaned or towels replaced. Full length mirror was missing from the room."

"The beds were very hard. Rooms were clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was mediocre. Carpets in halls were very worn and dirty."

"I am extremely upset with my experience. This morning I left my room, I placed the do not disturb plaque on my door, and left my phone in my room at 9:45 am to walk to the parking lot. As I returned several minutes later, the housekeeping services was leaving my room with a garbage bag! I immediately asked what they were doing in my room. "Always really clean and nice"

"The person at check in was rude and not friendly, in fact even lied to us about room availability. Luckily I checked Expedia and for there was availability and it was $100 cheaper. There were no handles in the shower or toliet area, the toliet was low and small, elderly person had hard time getting up. The rooms were not updated to include charging stations so we had to difficulty charging all the devices."

"This Hampton is part of the Ogden historic district. Recognize the historic value of the location. Parking was a bit disjointed and not easy unless you drive a compact. Disappointed in room bathroom, vanity counter, too deep, watery mess. Amenities; no hair dryer, something I count on as a Hilton Honors member. "The hotel was clean and the staff was great. My only complaints are 1. The A/C couldn’t regulate the temperature very well. It was constantly turning on and off throughout the night, making it hard to sleep. 2. The blinds over the window didn’t seal the window very well and let in lots of light. 3. We stayed 2 nights and they didn’t come in and make the beds and refresh towels after the first night."

"Excellent stay"

"The housekeeping staff at this hotel was some of the best I've experienced. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. And when they came in to do housekeeping, they made the beds so nice and left tons of fresh towels. The breakfast was decent and the dining area very clean. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub, which had plenty of towels and was clean. We are at Cactus Red's across the parking lot and had some amazing shrimp fajitas! We will definitely stay here again!"

"Happy customer"

"No microwave or mini fridge like in the pictures. Parts of the furniture and decor were falling apart. Room seemed clean. Not enough pillows or blankets. No small washcloths. Only face and body towels and a shower mat towel. A/C was good. NOT soundproof at all. Can hear everything in the hallway. Very echoey and hollow. NO elevator. Good parking. Wifi works."
