The apartment includes a full kitchen, ideal for preparing your favorite meals during your stay. It is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, kitchen utensils, and everything needed for a worry-free experience.

🔹 Private Terrace with Sea View
From the private terrace, you can enjoy pleasant views of the sea. It also features an outdoor dining area, perfect for sharing special moments or relaxing while watching the sunsets. A peaceful space to disconnect and enjoy nature.

Casa Olas Litubú is a complex with three independent spaces within the same property. Although the apartment is private, you will have access to the shared common areas with other guests if they are staying in the other spaces, such as the pool, gardens, terraces, and BBQ. These areas are perfect for relaxing and enjoying the natural environment.

Guest access
Guests will have exclusive access to the main apartment, which includes the fully equipped kitchen, living room with sofa beds, private bathroom, and private terrace with a sea view. In addition, they can enjoy the common areas of Casa Olas Litubú, such as the pool, garden, terraces, and BBQ area. These areas are shared if there are other guests on the property, as Casa Olas Litubú consists of three independent spaces within the same property.
Other things to note
Casa Olas Litibú is an authentic beach house, located just a few meters from the sea. By staying here, you’ll be immersed in a true coastal environment — with the ocean breeze, the constant sound of the waves, and the natural conditions of a seaside climate.

The property is not entirely flat; there are stairs to access both the bungalow and the suite. While it’s a safe and family-friendly space, we recommend caution with small children, especially due to the stairs and large windows.

The pool is maintained regularly and without prior notice to ensure its cleanliness and good condition. The pool maintenance person is someone we fully trust and only enters the garden and pool area.

Although the house is not located directly on the sand, you only need to cross the street to reach the beach. There is another house in front that is beachfront, but Casa Olas still offers beautiful ocean views and the refreshing Pacific breeze all day long.
