The 2‑acre property features multiple decks, a screened porch, and a covered pavilion with an oversized wood‑burning fireplace (currently out of order) and a large fire‑pit for s’mores. A 16‑person dining table, captain’s chairs, and super‑comfy couches create an inviting space for gatherings. Two creeks converge into a private pond, offering opportunities for salamander spotting, bird watching, and creek exploration. Bear‑proof trash cans are provided; please lock all food inside the home to keep wildlife safe.



Kitchen & dining

A fully stocked kitchen includes every appliance and utensil you might need, a coffee bar with Starbucks drip coffee, a mixology bar, Insta‑Pot, blender, and kids’ plates. The formal dining room seats eight, while the kitchen bar seats three, and the outdoor dining area seats sixteen. High‑speed internet and a dedicated office nook support work or study.
