"The staff was generally friendly, but the housekeeping service in the evening was very disappointing. I called around 12 PM requesting two extra blankets for my bed. After waiting 30 minutes with no delivery, I called again. Another 30 minutes passed and still nothing. At that point, I had no choice but to go downstairs to the front desk myself. A staff member finally provided the blankets, but by then it was already past 1 AM. This whole process significantly disrupted my sleep. If they had...

"I loved staying at the Hotel Indigo in St. Louis. It's a super cool spot, renovated retro hotel with a super cool eating establishment and bar right on the premises. The staff--super helpful. The morning after our stay, I went to the coffee bar, and because the barista hadn't shown up, the general manager was there making coffee and it was complimentary. He was so nice and pleasant. I was super impressed!"

"This is one of my favorite places to stay in STL. It is affordable, with helpful welcoming staff, and its own locked parking garage behind the hotel. "Room was clean to most but could definitely be cleaned better especially the picture frames as they were dusty... bathroom had loose hair in places...detachable shower heads would be great and the tub layout was very inconvenient as the knob was on the wall and not under the shower head as you opened the shower door! Carpets could use a good shampooing and a fresh coat of paint ! Overall good place for the location and price just wish they had a microwave in the room and included more in the...
