  • Stretch out and unwind at the spacious Rustic River Retreat! This home is brand new construction, designed with a unique style and only steps from the beautiful Ginnie Springs. The house features a huge fenced in yard with private gate, back patio, fire pit, grill and outdoor TV. There is a private master suite, and the oversized living room hosts plenty of seating. The open kitchen/dining/living with half bath and vaulted ceilings is the perfect setting for entertaining and social gatherings.

Check in was quick, house was okay on cleanliness, it really works better for families or younger groups. The bathroom situation is a little tough as master way in back and rooms are up front and the jack and Jill toilet is also hall toilet…cute house, a little cold feeling with concrete floors vs rugs or comfortable chairs.

Great getaway in High Springs

beautiful home near Ginnie Springs and Poe Springs. Excellent restaurant and local brewery in town just minutes away. Multi-generation family getaway was great fun for all.

Great location

The house was great! Perfect size for and lay out. Nice size yard that’s fenced in and perfect location for the springs that surround this property. I will definitely be staying here again for our next trip.

Absolutely stunning home! We love it so much we are already trying to plan a return visit! Insane backyard with family friendly fire pit and plenty of room for kids and pups to run around. The stars were so beautifully clear at night, no light pollution like the cities we are from. Such a relaxing and tranquil place. The inside is in perfect condition with super comfy and huge couch and the bed felt like sleeping on a cloud. The location is fantastic. 2 minutes from Ginnie Springs, 5 minutes to Gilchrist and Poe Springs, 25 min from Ichetucknee and O'Leno parks. I can't say enough good things about this home! Host was responsive and extremely helpful. We will absolutely come stay again!

What an awesome house and property!! We stayed during a hurricane evacuation and Natasha was so pleasant and very communicative throughout. Perfect for small groups or bigger parties. Thank you so very much, we will be back!!

Great Getaway!

This property has a casual elegance that invites use - open plan with large dining area, oversized couch & big screen tv, well equipped kitchen, and comfortable beds & linens. We made good use of the outdoor areas, including the charcoal grill and wood burning fire pit. High Springs is just minutes away and offered a variety of restaurants for meals out. The entire property is large, well maintained, and secured by a fence with front gate. This gave us an added peace of mind regarding the safety of our dogs and allowed us to give them a little more 'freedom" than they normally would have when we travel. Natasha is a great host & quick to respond. A great time had by all, in a beautiful part of North Florida. Looking forward to our next stay at The Rustic River Retreat!

Great house, very close to the springs, plenty of room inside the house and outside for activities. All of the necessities to cook & keep the house clean. Area for campfires was great. Only recommendations are there were a ton of bugs, so bring spray and the yard had a ton of ant piles so be careful if you want to play yard games.

Beautiful house right near the springs. Very spacious with all the amenities you need. We loved hanging out by the fire pit at night and enjoying the sunsets. Highly recommend!
