She was so very helpful with local information and incredibly kind. Our room was beautiful and the amenities in the bathroom delightful. "Used the hotel as a base when visiting family in the local area. Nice location, very safe. All staff were professional and friendly. Rooms in both the annex and main hotel were spacious and clean, the main hotel perhaps feeling a little more modern. Great breakfast with both continental and hot fresh foods to order. Staff in the restaurant were exceptional! We were offered a fan in our room but it did little in the recent heatwave - totally not the hotel’s fault!! But perhaps consider...

"Oh my Goodness where do I start! Jon, Nick, Laura and the lovely woman who cooked my breakfast were all so helpful and accommodating! Its such a beautiful Bed & Breakfast, with a quiet and relaxing back patio to enjoy with your free beverages, and a lounge area too. My room was so comfortable. "Staff were friendly and helpful . The room was spotless and the bed very comfortable. Only thing I wasn't keen on was the ac didn't cool the room as much as id like. So convenient to just walk out in the morning and go straight to departures. Will definitely stay again next time I'm flying from Gatwick"

"It is important to note that this is a lodge not a hotel. There's no food service on site. Check in details were missing details about how to get into the room. We phoned the assistance number, the person was exceptionally helpful and then requested that £5 cash to be left at the desk to pay for parking. Expedia notes that this is included. Felt like bit of a scam."
